| Part one: Study on Syndrome element characteristics of Insomnia Based on the clinical literatureObjective:Based on data mining and syndrome research,through the study of clinical literature on insomnia related to TCM syndrome,to ex-plore the characteristics of insomnia and syndrome distribution law.Methods:Using the database resources and standarding search words, to search the literature for nearly 10 years of clinical research on insomnia.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria selected the research needs of the literature,the requirements included cases have to meet the diagnostic criteria of insomnia, data should be true,and have a clear classification;Excluding personal experience and theoretical literature review.The selected relevant references of the information in the name of the specification,and extract the information of disease,disease location syndrome,using frequency analysis methods and Chi-square test for statistical,to analysis syndromes of insomnia.Results:There are 5166 cases of insomnia patients in the 50 selected articles of insomnia in clinical literature,involving 15 syndromes(≥1%),which ranked in heart lienal two deficiency,liver qi stagnation,liver fire harassing the heart,Yindeficiency,phlegm fire(heat),disturbance of the heart qi deficiency,heart kidney failure;common disease syndrome factor in heart,liver,spleen, kidney, gallbladder,stomach;syndrome of common diseases in order of fire,Qi,qi stagnation,yin deficiency,blood deficiency,phlegm etc..Conclusion:Insomnia with dialectical type the type of complex,it has the role of holding simple driving fan to use the syndrome of clinical dialectical dialectical thinking,but also more conducive to the promotion of academic exchanges and spread.Part two: Clinical Study of Insomnia Syndrome DistributionObjective:This research aim to collecting the insomnia patients with four kinds diagnostic information,furter to understand the symptoms of insomnia crowd Wuhan area,and preliminaring development of syndrome type division.Methods:This study is a cross-sectional study.Based on the previous literature on reading a lot of insomnia, Strict standards on caseinclusion and exclusion,to collect the four kinds diagnostic information to start,and making insomnia diagnostic questionnaire, objective record of insomnia patients with personal and diagnostic information.After data entry and processing,quant-ified database of symptoms,to cluster analysis by SPSS17.0.Results:There are 610 cases of insomnia patients in this study,from the perspective of gender,the male was 45.08%,female 54.92%,male to female ratio is about 1:1.21;from the point of view of age,insomnia patients were mainly concentrated in the age between 40-59, accounting for 54.26% of the total;from the course of the disease,the majority of which 1-5 years duration of chronic insomnia, between 40% of the total.The statistics in four entry in the top 30 in order:difficulty falling asleep,upset,dizziness, insomnia,God fatigue,headaches,depression,dry mouth,heart palpitations,easy to wake up,five upset hot,poor appetite,pale complexion,fatigue, chest expansion,red eyes,timid easily frightened,abdominal distension,bitter taste in the mouth,head,lower back pain,slippery pulse,when sleep awake,tired limbs,dry throat,wake up early, impatient irritability,abdominal ruffian.By SPSS17.0 of the four diagnostic information for clustering,and combined with the professional knowledge results to determine the symptoms poly 6 most consistent with clinical practice.Conclusion:Through cluster analysis of 610 cases of patients with insomnia symptoms,syndromes of insomnia can be divided into 6 categories :yang deficiency,heart deficiency two,liver fire harassing the heart syndrome,hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency,phlegm heat disturbance heart syndrome,hepatic stagnation syndrome... |
