| Objective:To investigate the relationship between the tongue image change and TCM syndrome element of drug addicts before and after biofeedback brainwave therapy,by application of the team independently developed《Fuzhou compulsory drug addicts basic background and health status questionnaire 2016 version》,combined with tongue diagnostic instrument,biofeedback therapy instrument,which provide basic research for drug rehabilitation work with Chinese medicine.Method:A total of 103 cases of methamphetamine addicts were selected as subjects,103 cases of addicts using biofeedback therapy instrument for brain wave treatment,applied《Fuzhou compulsory drug addicts basic background and health staus questionnaire 2016 version》to collect TCM syndrome element,acquisition of tongue picture information by tongue image instrument of traditional Chinese medicine,to analyze and discuss the tongue feature of methamphetamine addicts and the correlation of tongue image change with syndrome element after biofeedback brain wave treatment.Result:1.The distribution of syndrome elements in methamphetamine addicts was similar before and after receiving brainwave therapy.The frequency of syndrome element before treatment from high to low as deficiency of vital energy,deficiency of yang,deficiency of blood,stagnation of the circulation of vital energy,deficiency of yin,dampness and phlegm,the frequency of syndrome element in the position of the disease from high to low as kidney,liver,spleen,heart;After the treatment,the frequency of syndrome element before treatment from high to low as deficiency of vital energy,deficiency of blood,deficiency of yang,deficiency of yin,stagnation of the circulation of vital energy,dampness and phlegm,The the frequency of syndrome element in the position of the disease from high to low as kidney,liver,spleen and heart.2.There was statistical significance on the semi-exterior-interior,gallbladder,cold,damage of essence,stomach,heart,deficiency of yin,and irritablit synaprome elements before and after brain wave therapy,After treatment,the syndrome element scores were significantly decreased.3.Tongue image instrument of traditional chinese medicine acquisition of whole tongue Image from methamphetamineaddicts,The results showed that the whole tongue before and after treatment was dominated by dark red tongue and white fur.4.Results of tongue image parameters in various parts:(1)The RGB-R parameters of all tongue images,tongue images on both sides,tongue image of the middle tongue,the tip of the tongue color and tongue coating of the tongue were significantly higher than those before brain wave treatment;(2)The RGB-G,RGB-B and Lab-L parameters of all tongue images,tongue images on both sides,tongue image of the middle tongue,the tip of the tongue color and tongue coating of the tongue were all significantly higher than those before brain wave treatment(3)The Lab-a parameters of tongue images of all tongue images,tongue images on both sides,tongue irmage of the middle tongue,the tip of the tongue color and tongue coating of the tongue were significantly lower than those before brain wave treatment;(4)The Lab-b parameter of the tip of the tongue color was significantly higher than that before brain wave treatment.5.Relationship between tongue parameters and TCM syndrome element before and after brain wave therapy:(1)The relationship between tongue images of all tongue images with TCM syndrome element:Before the brain wave treatment,the liver syndrome element showed a significant negative correlation with tongue color RGB-R,RGB-G,RGB-B,Lab-L,and Lab-b.The RGB-R,RGB-G,RGB-B,Lab-L coating on the tongue showed a significant negative correlation with the liver syndrome element.There was no correlation between tongue parameters and syndrome element after treatment;(2)The relationship between tongue image on both sides of tongue and tcm syndrome element:Before brainwave therapy,the liver syndrome element showed a significant negative correlation with the RGB-R,RGB-G,RGB-B,and Lab-L of the tongue on both sides of the tongue,and the Lab-b with the tongue color on the left side of the tongue showed a significant negative.YANG hyperactivity is significantly negatively correlated with the Lab-L color of tongue color on the right side of tongue.There is a significant positive correlation between Lab-b and tongue,blood stasis,and YANG hyperactivity syndrome elements of the tongue coating on the right side of the tongue after brainwave therapy;(3)The relationship between tongue root tongue image and TCM syndrome element:The parameters of tongue root tongue color and coating on the tongue before and after brain wave treatment were not significantly correlated with the syndrome elements.(4)The relationship between tongue appearance and TCM syndrome element in the tip of tongue:There was a significant negative correlation between liver syndrome and RGB-R,RGB-G,RGB-B,and Lab-L of tongue images before brainwave therapy,and there was a significant negative correlation with Lab-b of tongue color.There is a significant positive correlation of RGB-G between with the spleen,deficiency of vital energy,and moisture on the coating on the tongue,there is a significant positive correlation of RGB-B between with spleen and deficiency of vital energy,there was a significant positive correlation between Lab-L and spleen,and there was a significant positive correlation between Lab-b and large intestine,spleen,deficiency of vital energy,and humidity.There was no significant correlation in the rest.(5)Relationship between tongue image of the middle tongue and TCM syndrome element:Before brain wave treatment,liver syndrome element showed a significant negative correlation with RGB-R,RGB-G,RGB-B,and Lab-L of tongue images showed negative correlations between Lab-a and Yang floating.There was a significant negative correlation between RGB-R and damage of essence on coating on the tongue after brainwave therapy.Conclusion:1.The distribution of TCM syndrome elements indicates that methamphetamine can cause damage to multiple organs such as kidney,liver,spleen,and heart,as well as intractable pathological factors such as phlegmatic hygrosis.As a result,methamphetamine addictive memory is very stubborn and difficult to eradicate.2.After brainwave treatment,TCM syndrome element,semi-exterior-interior,gallbladder,cold,damage of essence,stomach,heart,and deficiency of yin were significantly lower than those before treatment.This shows that the biofeedback therapy instrument may improve the semi-exterior-interior,gallbladder,stomach,heart,damage of essence,cold,deficiency of yin,and other syndrome elements of methamphetamine addicts.3.Tongue image instrument of traditional Chinese medicine collection information for tongue picture includes two parts:the whole and the part,In addition,there was no difference in the tongue contrast between the methamphetamine addicts before and after brainwave therapy,and the dark red tongue and white fur were the main factors.The change of local tongue parameters showed:(1)Brainwave therapy has a very sensitive elevation effect on parameters such as RGB-R,RGB-G,RGB-B and Lab-L for coating on the tongue,and has a significant reduction effect on Lab-a;(2)The effect of brainwave therapy on tongue color is also very similar to that of coating on the tongue,but it only significantly reduces the Lab-a of tongue root color;(3)Brain wave treatment can effectively improve the blood circulation of methamphetamine addicts;(4)Brain wave therapy can have a certain degree of improvement in the function of the five internal organs;4.The correlation analysis of tongue diagnosis data and TCM syndrome element before and after cerebral wave therapy can be found:(1)Brain wave therapy may improve the syndrome elements such as liver and stomach syndrome elements.(2)It also has a certain degree of improvement on solid syndrome elements such as blood stasis and YANG hyperactivity syndrome elements;(3)It may improve virtual syndrome element such as Yang floating,damage of essence syndrome element. |
