The Effect Of Maixuekang Capsule On Ankle Brachial Index Of Hypertension Patient

Objective: The objective of this research is to check Maixuekang Capsule effect on arteriosclerosis of hypertension patient and pharmacological effect of hirudin by checking the effect of Maixuekang Capsule on ABI of hypertension patient.Methods:1.Pick up 60 patients who were in LYG hospital of traditional chinese medicine during May,2015 and December,2015.Both the male and female patient are all acceptable.The age of the patients should be within 40~80.All the patient should be belong to hypertension class 2 and their ABI should be abnormal(0.4<ABI≤ 0.9).2.Have the appropriate standards of exclusion and stopping the test.3.Record basic information of the patients and their initial blood pressure and ABI value.4.Devide 60 patients into two groups randomly:control group and treatment group,30 patients for each group.The control group use regular hypertension treatment: aspirin100 mg QN, rosuvastatin calcium tablets 10 mg QN, irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets 150 mg QD.The treatment group take extra Maixuekang capsule 3 tablets TID in additon to the regular treatment. The two kinds of treatment are both three months.5.During the treatment, observe whether serious incidents such as vascular accident happen to the patients;Whether they have the obvious adverse effects such as gastrointestinal stimulation and bleeding.6.After three month,retest the ABI of the 60 patients and record patient blood pressure at the end of the trial.7.Analyze the related data statistically.Results:1.There is no statistical significance between the control group and treatment group in gender,age and course of disease(p>0.05).2.There is no statistical significance between the control group and treatment group in systolic pressure and diastolic pressure(before treatment and after treatment)(p>0.05).3.Before treatment,the ABI of the two group are both abnormal(0.4<ABI≤ 0.9).There is no statistical significance between the control group and treatment group of the ABI before the treatment( p>0.05).4.Comparing the ABI after treatment and before treatment in the treatment group,there is statistical significance(p <0.05); Comparing the ABI after treatment and before treatment in the control group, there is statistical significance( p<0.05).5.There is statistical significance between the treatment group and the control group of the ABI after the treatment( p<0.05).The ABI in the treatment group increases more than that in the control group.Conclusions:1.Maixuekang Capsule can increase the ABI and improve arteriosclerosis of the patients who have hypertension.2.There is certain advantage when treating the hypertension with traditional chinese medicine and western medicine together.
