The Correlational Analysis Between Arteriosclerosis And Continuous Anxiety And (or) Depression State In Female Check-up Crowd

Aim:To explore the association between arteriosclerosis and continuous anxiety and(or)depression state in female check-up crowd.Methods:After a detailed questionnaire,physical examination and blood biochemical index determination,a total of 216 female check-up crowd who were conform to the standard were selected between January 2016 and October 2016 to our hospital.Anxiety,depression score were given and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV)?ankle brachial index(ABI)were detected.The number of people that baPWV and(or)ABI was abnormal is74,Classified as observation group,the rest of the people Classified as control group.The influence of continuous anxiety and(or)depression state in Female Check-up Crowd on arteriosclerosis was analyzed by Logistic regression.Results:The comparison of two groups of the physical age,resting heart rate and systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,prevalence of continuous state of anxiety and(or)depression difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),Logistic regression analysis indicated that the age,resting heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and continuous state of anxiety and(or)depression are all significant factors related to arteriosclerosis,OR values were 2.734(95% CI: 2.216~3.363),2.378(95% CI: 1.609~3.442),3.165(95% CI: 2.544~4.097),1.540(95% CI: 1.059~2.063),1.902(95% CI:1.352~2.571);and adjustment for age,resting heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,continuous anxiety and(or)depression state is associated withatherosclerosis,OR values was 1.485(95% CI: 1.052~1.973).Conclusion:1.After the adjustment of traditional cardiovascular risk factors,such as blood glucose,blood lipid,body mass index,smoking,blood homocysteine and blood uric acid,age,resting heart rate,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and continuous anxiety and(or)depression state is related to arteriosclerosis in female check-up crowd.2.Continuous anxiety and(or)depression state in female check-up crowd is independent positive related to arteriosclerosis.
