The Clinical Studies Of Asthmatic Bronchituis In Children By The Method Of Releasing Lung To Dissipate Phlegm-Kidney Nourishing-Qi Absorbing

ObjectiveDuring exacerbation and remission of Children’s Asthmatic bronchitis, used sequential treatment of hildren’s Asthmatic bronchitis with releasing lung to dissipate phlegm and Kidney-nourishing, qi-absorbing and calming panting method, to evaluate if it is feasibility and effectiveness about the treatment on children with wind_cold pathogen tigntening the lung about Asthmatic bronchitis by combing releasing lung to dissipate phlegm, Kidney-nourishing, qi-absorbing and calming panting method with western medicine, in order to provide reference and research direction for the disease.MethodsWe selected 80 children with wind_cold pathogen tigntening the lung about Asthmatic bronchitis, in February 2014 to December 2015, which see a doctor in the three affiliated hospital of Guangzhou university of TCM pediatrics outpatient department.80 children according to the double number on admission order were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 40 cases each. Two groups were given conventional treatment, while the herbal decoction of releasing lung to dissipate phlegm added to the treatment group. Treatment for seven days, evaluate the symptom scores of the two groups of children before and after treatment. We should observer two groups of children with asthma symptoms, congh, sputum and pulmonary wheezing relief time, and evaluate its clinical efficacy. At the remission stage, two groups were given conventional treatment, while the herbal decoction of Kidney-nourishing and qi-absorbing and calming panting added to the treatment group. Fllowing 3 months,the two groups were observed the frequency of cold and wheezing episodes. Results using SPSS22.0 statistical software for statistical data analysis processing.ResultsThe research results show that two groups before treatment in children with age, gender, severity of disease, primary and secondary disease comparable total score, have no statistically different (P＞0.05)。Group in improvement of wheezing, cough, sputum, wheezing rale symptoms and relief time after treatment,better than the control group,with statistical significance (P＜0.05);no statistical significance in improving cyanosis, the flaring of nares, the fever, spirit and appetite differences (P＞0.05)。The treatment group in improving the vomit better than the control group, with statistical significance (P＜0.05). After treatment,total score and main symptoms and secondary symptoms score within group comparisons and between groups are statistically significant(P＜0.05). Effect of the disease in two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05), the treatment group curative.effect surpaaaes the control group. With statistical significance between the two groups during the follow-up of patients with asthmatic recurrence times and cold times difference (P＜0.05).ConclusionThe method of releasing lung to dissipate phlegm, Kidney-nourishing and qi- absorbing and calming panting can improve curative effect of children’s Asthmatic bronchitis and proved that prescriptions in different phases can prevent children’s Asthmatic bronchitis relapse effectively.
