The Clinical Observation Of Wumeiwan In Treating Nocturnal Asthma

Purpose:Through learning the literature research of nocturnal asthma and Wumeiwan, to take clinical observation of Wumeiwan in the treatment of nocturnal asthma based on the theory of the time which the disease of jueyin can be cured"and to investigate the curative effect of Wumeiwan for nocturnal asthma(which attack in the middle of the night from 1 to).I also sum up the clinical experience of my tutor’s,in order to expound the treatment rule and effect of wuimeiwan for nocturnal asthma, to provide new ideas for the treatment of nocturnal asthma with traditional Chinese Medicine.Method:From the diagnosis of asthma,we choose some patients as observed object who meet the following requirements:on the one hand,it must be satisfied the Western medicine diagnosis of nocturnal asthma,one the other hand,it must be satisfied the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese Medicine of cold-heat complicated syndrome.Then divided them into treatment group and control group randomly. The treatment group was given the treatment of Wumeiwan,at the same time,the control group was given Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Aerosol.We compare the curative effect of Chinese medicine syndrome,the clinical symptoms:the number of nocturnal asthma attack,CAT scores between before and after treatment. At the time,we also should be pay attention to this method is safe or not.Results:(1)The curative effect of Chinese medicine syndrome:the total effective rate of treatment group is 95%,the total effective rate of control group is 65%,which has differences in statistics.(2)The number of nocturnal asthma attack:after treatment,the number of nocturnal asthma attack decrease in both group,and the treatment group reduce more than the control group.(3)The integral of syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine:after treatment,the integral of syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine decrease in both group,and the treatment group reduce more than the control group.(4)Asthma control test score(ACT):The integral is gradual advanced.and the treatment group advance more than the control group.(5)Safety observation:There is no serious adverse reaction in process of treatment,which illustrare that wumeiwan is safe.(6)Both Wumeiwan and Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Aerosol can improve symptoms of nocturnal asthma,reduce the number of nocturnal asthma attack.And Wumeiwan have better curative effect than Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Aerosol.
