Doctors mainly use medicine to treat diseases,so the medicine is a practical subject, its theory should be the real rather than imaginary.Since study medicine, the author devoted most of his time and energy to studyed the traditional Chinese medical theory, and in clinic constantly in pursuited of methods which was practical and easy, gradually exposed to the Treatise on Cold-Attack,a Chinese medicine classic/This book presents six kinds of diseases, they are Taiyang disease,Yangming disease,Shaoyang disease,Taiyin disease,Shaoyin disease,Jueyin disease. When I studied the classic, I found that it’s theory quite complete but also easy to learn and operate,in the book the type and quantity of drugs are a small but very accurate, and the effect of the prescription is very good, this is because the prescription and the pathogenesis are corresponding to each other very well.If doctors could concentrated on learning the classic, repeatedly read this classic,we would be able to improve the level of understanding of his theory and clinical efficacy, but because this book was published in thousands of years ago,the text meaning is more different than now, leading to some of the text meaning is ambiguous, and let us learn more difficultTherefore, to study the "Shang Han Lun", we must put the data which published before the book and at the time of data as a research basis, and tryed to return to the ancients thinking mode, which could not only use the present thought to measure the classical prescription. In this paper, I mainly elaborated the Jueyin disease through some researches.I repeated reading of the book, and collected those research results which related to Jueyin disease, pointed out that the essence of six diseases through a unique perspective-pointed out that the essence of six diseases from the relationship between Taoist philosophy and traditional Chinese medicine as well as the basis of the definition, and then refined to specific understanding of Jueyin disease, and how the actual operation theory combined with clinic.I extracted the basic concept of yin and Yang, body fluid, flatulence original words and related words from the Shang Han Lun, and compared Shuowen Jiezi data, regard the traditional Taoist philosophy as evaluation criteria, through the difference and connection between the interpretation of human body and natural affairs, then definition of the vocabulary of yin and yang,qi and blood, ying and wei in traditional Chinese medicine. And focused on the interpretation of yin and Yang in mixed medicine inside and outside of the resulting concept of unlimited expansion of the phenomenon of yin and yang. And analyzeed the relationship between the functions of the Zang Fu organs and the whole body, put forward "viscera is the place where qi and blood formation and play a role in body",and considered the function of viscera is the actual function of qi and blood, the person that disease is blood disease. And then explained how the traditional Chinese medicine play a role in the human body from the angle of traditional medicine. And the author dof the relevant explanation of congenital theory and acquired theory, traditional Chinese medicine mainly acts on the acquired Yin and Yang-qi and blood, so was in order to make the spirit continue to meet the congenital Yin and Yang, and not to change congenital Yin and Yang. The disease location, the disease morbidity and the nature of the disease were respective corresponding to the exterior and interior, cold and heat, deficiency and excess. So the disease is based on qi and blood in the inside and outside condition of human body distribution, so as to judge the disease cold heat, deficiency and excess. "Shang Han Lun" was through resolution six categories disease pulse syndrome and treatment, to complete the process of diagnosis and treatment. The six categories of disease, was actually the cognize of the disease location, the disease morbidity and the nature of the disease, and then according to the drug’s taste, texture, targeted selection of the prescription so that the blood return to normal. Thus to identified six diseases, also was the differentiation of qi and blood of the exterior and interior distribution:the pathogenesis of Taiyang disease is corresponding to exterior excess; the pathogenesis of Yangming disease is corresponding to interior excess; the pathogenesis of Shaoyang disease is corresponding to heat of the body fluid deficiency; the pathogenesis of Taiyin disease is corresponding to interior deficiency-cold; the pathogenesis of Shaoyin disease is corresponding to exterior deficiency-cold; the pathogenesis of Jueyin disease is corresponding to inside and outside cold on the pole. Around the pathogenesis of Jue yin disease, the related problems of Jueyin article also explained in Shang Han Lun. And regarded the pathogenesis of Jueyin disease as standard and diagnostic basis of the classification of prescription and provisions.Distinguished the ups and downs between qi and blood was based on my understanding of the book which stress "the harmony of body fluid "and "Harmony of stomach qi",not my own creation theory. It was the fundamental pathogenesis combined with clinical symptoms, signs produced as a prescription, rather than the typical symptoms of Jueyin disease may occur as the basis of diagnosis, such as the symptoms of syncope. The clinical use of drugs, prescription, was according to the disease pathogenesis and then selected the original prescriptionon that corresponding to the disease pathogenesis. Then the qi and blood’s distribution were perfect combination with the particular pathogenesis, prescription and pharmacy. So we could give play to the greatest advantage of the classical prescriptions. The author selected four cases, which used to illustrate the differences cognition between traditional Chinese medicine treatment and Western medicine cognition, and pointed out that the special recipe for special disease differentiation direction was not classical prescriptions. We should distinguish qi and blood distribution in exterior or interior through many symptoms and physical signs to judge the cold and heat, deficiency and excess. So we could clearly recognize the nature of disease that can we truly understand the disease and cure disease and not be blinded by a lot of illusion.Only in this way can we let people truly recognize the charm of traditional Chinese medicine.
