Study Of Jueyin Disease In The Model Of The Theory Of Middle Qi Descending And Ascending

Objective: In order to play the guiding role of the Jueyin disease's theory in clinical treatment,this thesis draws lessons from Huang Yuanyu's thought of rising and falling of middle qi and interprets the contents of the articles on Jueyin disease and returns to the original meaning of Jueyin disease.Methods: With the combination of literature research and theoretical discussion,this thesis analyzes the main disputes on the cognition of Jueyin disease among ancient and modern doctors and finds out the key problems and reasons.This thesis uses the idea of rising and falling of middle qi for reference to analyze the connotation of Jueyin and recognize the original meaning of Jueyin disease.Results: 1.Clarifying the connotation of Jueyin.The root of Jueyin is the qi of wind and wood.It begins at the time of kidney water rising and grows on spleen soil and ends in the inchoate heart fire.2.Clarifying the original meaning of Jueyin disease.The root of Jueyin disease is exogenous pathogenic factor;The liver yin excess is internal cause;The basic symptoms of Jueyin disease are cold limbs,fever,vomiting and diarrhoea.Key to pathogenesis of Jueyin-disease,is Liver yin partial prosperity and depression which cause qi of middle-jiaoenergy descending and ascending abnormally.Abnormal liver ascending,spleen depression and stomach inversion produce vomiting and diarrhea.The liver qi is not ascending,the kidney is not ascending,the kidney yang is dead,Kidney water is flourishing and the disease is cold hand and foot cold.the liver Yang stagnation and the heat rising affect the heart fire,The wood fire is flourishing,and the disease is fever.3.The jueyin had his own disease or his involvement.All of them belong to the jueyin disease.because they are all developed by Jueyin liver disease and can reflect the characteristics of liver as a disease to some extent.Conclusions: the formation of a new understanding of the theory of Jueyin disease plays an important reference role in enriching the theory of liver image in TCM and improving the clinical application of the theory of Jueyin disease.
