The Clinical Observation Of Treatment Of Middle And Later Period Lung Adenocarcinoma By Treated With Modified Zhoushi Kejinyan Combined With PC Cheotherapy

Purpose:Through a randomized controlled clinical research, application of modified Zhoushi Kejinyan combined with PC cheotherapy for the treatment of lung adenocarcinoma by observe some indicators scores. Objective evaluating the efficacy in the treatment of middle and later period lung adenocarcinoma, providing the reference and effective basis for the clinical treatment and the development of new prescription of Chinese Medicine to treat lung cancer.Methods:To select forty middle and later period lung adenocarcinoma patients according with standards and to be randomly and averagely divided into two groups which inclunding treating group and control group. The control group were only treated with PC chemical therapy, and the treat group were treated with not only PC chemical therapy but also Zhoushi Kejinyan. At the end of the four cycle of chemotherapy, two groups’clinical efficacy was analyzed and compared through such aspects as serum lung tumor indicators、RECIST、Chinese medicine syndrome effect、Karnofsky score and adverse effects of chemical therapy by statistics methods.Results:Two groups all can improve the patients’ Chinese clinical symptoms and work on reduction of serum tumor numbers(CYFRA21-1、CEA、CA125), and the treatment group in reduction of the serum "CYFRA21-1" indicators is better than the control groups(P<0.05). Comparison between the catabatic and steady rate of two groups, statistics indicate that the treatment group was slightly better than the control group, but there were no significant statistical difference at last(P>0.05). In the adverse effects of chemotherapy, the happening of the reducing of neutropenia、lower hemoglobin、thrombocytopenia、liver dysfunction and the other effects in the treatment group is more little than the rate in the unique chemotherapy group, but there’s also no different in statistics.Conclusion:Treated by modified Zhoushi Kejinyan combined with PC chemotherapy can ease the patient’s clinical symptoms、improve the life quality and reduce the adverse reaction which is caused by chemotherapy.
