Clinical Study On The Effect Of Lung Tumor-liquid For Ⅲ B, Ⅳ Period Lung Adenocarcinoma

Objeftive:To study the clinical effect of lung tumor-liquid forⅢ B,Ⅳperiod lungadenocarcinoma and discusses the may function mechanism,and provide the theory andclinical evidence for traditional Chinese medicine of ⅢB, Ⅳperiod lung adenocarcinomaMethods:120cases of the selected patients were randomly divided into Chinese traditionalmedicine group (group A30cases), Chinese medicine and immune support group (group B30cases),brucea javanica oil and immune support group (group C30cases), chemotherapyand immune support group (group D30cases).28days a cycle, after four treatment cycleto observe the changes in lesions,the main symptoms (fever, cough, haemoptysis, chestpain, shortness of breath, etc) change, surial comparison, life KPS score more state, weightindex, immune index, the level of serum VEGF changes.Results：Lesions change: the rank and inspection, the focus of the four groups ofpatients was statistically significant changes (P <0.05), D group of patients with the mostobvious, group A,B is the second smallest, and are better than group C; main symptomschange: the main symptoms change after treatment were significant (P <0.05), indicatingthat four treatment methods are valid, A, B groups are optimal, D group is the secondsmallest, and are better than group C; The quality of life: the four groups of patients beforeand after treatment by the rank and inspection KPS ratings are statistically significant (P <0.05), A, B and C,D compared between the two groups was statistically significant (P>0.05); A and B group was higher than C, D group, are statistically significant (P <0.05);Weight index: four groups of patients before and after treatment by weight index changerank and inspec tion are statistically significant (P <0.05), A, B and C,D compared between the two groups, was statistically significant (P>0.05), A, B group was higher than C,D group are statis tically significant (P <0.05); Surial change: the treatment could change all over four groups statistically significant (P <0.05), indicating that four treatm entmethods are valid, A, B two group was higher than C, D two groups;Immune index: beforetreatment of patients with four groups CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+level wasnot statistically significant (P>0.05), after the treatment of A and B two group of CD3+,CD4+, CD4+/CD8+level are rising before, CD8+levels are down before, C, D twogroups CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+level is ago cut, CD8+level is rising before, A, Btwo group was higher than C, D two groups (P <0.05); Serum VEGF: four groups ofpatients after treatment by the F test had VEGF level statistical significance (P <0.05), A,B two groups has no significant difference (P>0.05), C, D with significant differencesbetween the two groups (P <0.05); A and B group and group C was significant difference(P <0.05); A and B group and group D with significant difference (P <0.05), withcombined therapy of VEGF level with patients before that A and B group was higher thanthe other two groups, D group is the second smallest, and are better than group C.Conclusion: Compare the Lung tumor-liqud, brucea javanica oil and purechemotherapy, can significantly improve the Ⅲ B, Ⅳlung adenocarcinoma of the patient’squality of life, improve the clinical symptoms, prolonging the survival time, adjust theimmune function, reduce serum level of VEGF, inhibiting tumor formation of bloodvessels.
