The Clinical Observation Of Treatment Of Later Period Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer By Treated With Modified Zhoushi Kejinyan Combined With TP Cheotherapy

Purpose:Application of Zhoushi Kejinyan combined with TP chemical therapy for the treatment of later period non-small cell lung cancer, to observe the changes of tumor indicators, Karnofsky score, adverse effects after chemical therapy.Objective evaluating the efficacy in the treatment of later period non-small cell lung cancer, suppying the clinical support for Chinese medicine treatment in non-small lung cancer, in order to establish the foundationg or the development of new anti-cancer patent prescription of Chinese Medicine.Methods:Fourty later period non-small lung cancer patients were selected and divided into two groups randomly.The twenty patients in the treat group were treated with Zhoushi Kejinyan combined with TP chemical therapy, and the other twenty patients in the control group were treated simply with TP chemical therapy. Clinical efficacy was analyzed by statistics methods through such aspects as serum tumor indicators,Chinese medicine syndrome effect,Karnofsky score as well as adverse effects of chemical therapy in the treatment group and the two control groups.Results:The two groups all work on reduction of serum tumor indicators(CYFRA21-1,CEA,CA125) and improve the patients'clinical symptoms, there's different in statistics. (P<0.05) the treatment group in reduction of the serum tumor indicators(CYFRA21-1,CA125),improving the patients' clinical symptoms are better than the control groups(P<0.05). The rate of happening of the reducing of neutropenia,nausea and vomiting in the treatment group is more little than the rate in the group which was treated with only chemotherapy, but there's no different in statistics.Conclusion:Zhoushi Kejinyan combined with TP chemical therapy can reduce th level of serum tumor indicators, can improve symptoms and patients' quality of life, and can reduce the occurrence of adverse effects in chemical therapy, which is worthy to be applied in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.
