The Clinical And Experimental Reseach Of Benefiting Qi,eliminating Phlegm And Removing Bood Stasis On The Patients Of The Middle-late Period Of Lung Adenocarcinoma

Purpose:This study aims at treating the middle-late period of lung adenocarcinoma with benefiting Qi,eliminating phlegm and removing bood stasis medicine combined with chemotherapy,and analyzing the influence of the method of Fuzheng Huatan Quyu on the progress of the tumor,quality of life and the adverse reactions of chemotherapy.Observe the influence on the growth of tumor of lung cancer A549 cells in BALB/C nude mice with this prescription.Then we also aims to explore the mechanism of the method of Fuzheng Huatan Quyu to resist lung cancer.Methods:1.42 patients confirmed middle-late lung adenocarcinoma patients were randomly divided into experimental group with Fuzheng Huatan Quyu Recipe combined with chemotherapy and control group only with chemotherapy.There were 21 cases in both groups.Observe the change of short term effective rate,tumor marker,the score of clinical symptom,Kamofsky and the adverse reactions of chemotherapy after 2 cycles of treatment.2.Inoculation A549 lung cells subcutaneously in nude mice,lung carcinoma transplanted subcutaneously in nude mice tumor model was builded,divided into NS group,Fuzheng Huatan Quyu Recipe group,DDP group and Fuzheng Huatan Quyu Recipe+DDP group.observed the growth of mice,the change of tumor volume,tumor weight after being putting to death,and calculated the inhibition rate.Detected the expression in bcl-2,bax,mutant p53 of four groups through using the immunohistochemical method.Results:1.The symptoms in the expectoration,bloody phlegm,chest pain,and weak in experimental group had been improved obviously after two cycles of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant compaired with control group(P<0.05).The incidence of toxic and side reaction such as myelosuppression and nausea and vomiting in experimental group were significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The volume and the tumor weight of nude mice in Fuzheng Huatan Quyu Recipe+DDP group were significantly less than the NS group,and the difference had obvious statistically significance(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant compaired with FuzhengHuatan Quyu Recipe group and DDP group(P<0.05).The IOD of bcl-2?mutant p53 in Fuzheng Huatan Quyu Recipe+DDP group were obviously lower than the normal saline group and the difference had obvious statistically significance(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant compaired with Fuzheng Huatan Quyu Recipe group and DDP group(P<0.05).The IOD of bax in Fuzheng Huatan Quyu Recipe+DDP group were higher than the normal saline group and the difference had obvious statistically significance(P<0.01),at the same time,the difference was statistically significant compaired with Fuzheng Huatan Quyu Recipe group and DDP group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The methods of benefiting Qi,eliminating phlegm and removing bood stasis have exact curative effect in improving the quality of survival and reducing the side reaction of chemotherapy,which is more better with the combination of chemotherapy.The methods with the combination of chemotherapy can obviously inhibit the growth of subcutaneous transplan-tation tumor.It's mechanism may be related to downgrade the expression in bcl-2 and mutant p53 gene and raise the expression in bax gene,thus accelerate the apoptosis of tumor cells.
