Clinical And Experimental Study On Treating The ⅢB, Ⅳ Period Lung Adenocarcinoma With Feiyiiiugao United DC-CIK Cells

objective：The objectives of the clinical and experimental study are to observe theeffectiveness of Feiyiliugao united Dendritic Cells （DC） and Cytokine-inducedKiller(CIK)Cells in treating the IIIB, Ⅳperiod lung adenocarcinoma and to study theinfluences of DC-CIK Cells sensitized by Serum Containing Feiyiliugao on the A549lungadenocarcinoma cells,expression of MMP-9．Methods：The study starts with92Patientsconfirmed the Ⅲ B, Ⅳ period lung adenocarcinoma who were randomly divided intoFeiyiliugao group (group A,23cases), chemotherapy and immune support group(groupB,23cases), Feiyiliugao and DC-CIK group(group C,23cases), DC-CIK group (groupD,23cases).as a series of projects,I observe three of the groups,observing the changes inlesions,the main symptoms (fever, cough, haemoptysis, chest pain, shortness of breath, etc)change, survival comparison, life KPS score more state, weight index, the level of serumMMP-9changes.In the experiment, I use the method of ELISA to test the influences ofDC-CIK cells sensitized by Serum Containing Feiyiliugao on the A549lungadenocarcinoma cells,expression of MMP-9。Results：In the clinical study, Feiyiliugaoand DC-CIK group is better than the DC-CIK group、the chemotherapy and immunesupport group (P<0.05or P<0.01)in symptom improvement,improving the quality ofexistence,weakening side effect and enhancing the effects of treatment.The experimentalstudy suggests that Serum Containing Feiyiliugao can obviously decrease the A549lungadenocarcinoma cells,expression of MMP-9.Conclusions：Feiyiliugao can enhance the effectiveness of DC-CIK cells,decrease itsside effect.Feiyiliugao is effective in treating the lung adenocarcinoma.Providing clinicaltheory for traditional Chinese medicine Combined with DC-CIK cells treatment.
