The Clinical Study Of Shenzhuqincao Decoction To Treat Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Of Spleen Deficiency And Stagnation Heat Syndrome

OBJective:The aim of this study was to oBserv the clinical effects of Shenzhuqincao Decoction to treat chronic atrophic gastritis, explore the theoretical Basis and mechanism of Shenzhuqincao Decoction to treat the Spleen deficiency and stagnation heat syndromes of chronic atrophic gastritis, summarize the experiences of professor mentor ChanZhaoWei to treat chronic atrophic gastritis, and provide new ideas and methods for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis to serve the clinical Better.Methods:The study Brought into 60 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis met our criterions, and gave treatment with Shenzhuqincao Decoction and revised it with symptoms for 6 months. After the treatment, we oBserved the symptoms integral, pathological and eradication of Hp, and statistical analysis was then finished.Results:The main symptom integral was significantly declined after the treatment (P<0.05). There were 5 cured cases,22 remarkaBle curative effective cases,31 effective cases and 2 cases of on-effectiveness among the 60 patients. And the cure rate was 8.3%, the remarkaBle effective rate was 36.7%, total effective rate was 96.7%. After treatment, the endoscopy, histological efficacy comparison:gastric atrophy, intestinal metaplasia, dysplasia were 76.7%,63.5%,81.3%. Cure rates were 41.7%,26.9%,68.8%, the eradication of Hp infection rate was 42.3%. Before and after treatment the improvement of atrophy, intestinal, hyperplasia had statistically significant differences (P<0.01), and patients in the process of treatment were not found allergic reaction and adverse reactions.Conclusions:Shenzhuqincao Decoction had good efficacy in treating Spleen deficiency and stagnation heat syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis, improved the clinical symptoms and pathological changes of the CAG patients. It was an effective prescription with good security.
