The Clinical Observation Of Shenlingzhucao Decoction To Treat Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Of Spleen Deficiency And Stagnation Heat Syndrome

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Professor Zhou Xiaohong self experience side of shenlingzhucao decoction on CAG of spleen deficiency and stagnation heat syndrome in clinical symptoms and gastroscope pathology,evaluate its clinical efficacy objectively,discuss the theoretical basis and mechanism of its treatment,sum up the experience of tutor,provide objective clinical research basis for its clinical application.Methods:Select 60 patients with CAG of spleen deficiency and stagnation heat syndrome in accordance with the inclusion criteria,randomly divided into 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group,the treatment group were taken with shenlingzhucao decoction,the control group was treated with weifuchun tablet,6 months of treatment.The clinical symptoms,gastroscope and pathology of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the curative effect was evaluated by statistical analysis.Results:1.Results of clinical research:The total effective rate:the treatment group was 90%,the control group was 66.67%,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of clinical symptoms:the total score of the clinical symptom after treatment in the treatment group and the control group was significantly lower than that before the treatment(P<0.01),compare the two groups,after treatment,the total score of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01);The improvement of treatment group better than control group in gastrectasia,stomachache and tongue symptoms(P<0.05),the improvement of dry mouth is obviously superior to that of the control group(P<0.01).2.Results of pathological examination of gastroscopy:The reversal of gastric gland atrophy and intestinal metaplasia in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01);The total effective rate of gastroscopy was 90%in the treatment group,the control group was 46.67%,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the patient's gastroscopy and histopathology(P<0.01).Conclusion:Shenlingzhucao decoction can significantly improve clinical symptoms and pathological of patients with CAG of spleen deficiency and stagnation heat syndrome,and curative effect is obviously superior to the control group of weifuchun,no adverse reaction,effective and safe.
