Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis (Spleen Deficiency And Heat Stagnation Syndrome) With Shenlian Yuwei Decoction

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of "Shenlian Yuwei Decoction " in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen deficiency and heat stagnation,and to provide a theoretical basis and reference for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with Chinese medicine.Mrthods: Seventy-two patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of the type of spleen deficiency and heat depression who met the diagnostic criteria of Chinese medicine and Western medicine were included,and were divided into a test group and a treatment group of 36 cases each by simple random grouping.The test group was treated with the oral Chinese medicine Shenlian Yuwei Decoction,and the control group was treated with the Chinese medicine Gastrofluxion Tablets,and the treatment period was 6 months.Results : 1 Before and after treatment,there was no significant difference between the safety indexes of the test group and the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2After treatment,the TCM clinical efficacy points of both the test group and the control group decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the efficacy of the test group was better than that of the control group when compared between groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3 After treatment,the total clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine in the test group reached 87.50%,while the total efficacy of the control group was 61.29%,and the effect of the test group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4 After treatment,the pathological points of the test group and the control group were reduced compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the efficacy of the test group was better than that of the control group when compared between groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).5 After treatment,the total effective rate of pathological efficacy of the test group reached 78.12%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 64.52%,the total effective rate of the test group was higher than that of the control group,and the effect of the test group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions: 1 Both Shenlian Yuwei Decoction and Gastric Fuchun Tablets can improve the clinical symptoms of chronic atrophic gastritis patients,and the efficacy of Shenlian Yuwei Decoction is better than that of Gastric Fuchun Tablets.2 Both Shenlian Yuwei Decoction and Gastric Fuchun Tablets can improve the inflammation,atrophy and intestinalization of gastric mucosa in chronic atrophic gastritis patients,and the efficacy of Shenlian Yuwei Decoction is more obvious than that of Gastric Fuchun Tablets.3 Shenlian Yuwei Decoction has good clinical efficacy in treating chronic atrophic gastritis,and at the same time,it is safe and easy to take,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
