The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Facial Recurrent Dermatitis (Wind-damp-heat Type) By Mianbupiyanfang Combined With Collagen Dressing

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of mianbupiyanfang combined with collagen dressing in treatment of Facial Recurrent Dermatitis (Wind-damp-heat type). At the same time, combined with clinical prognosis and recurrence rate of Facial Recurrent Dermatitis, explore the advantages of combination of Chinese and western, internal and external treatment. The patch test was used to find out the inducement of the disease and provide reliable evidence for the prevention and treatment of disease.Methods:60 patients with Facial Recurrent Dermatitis(Wind-damp-heat type) were randomly divided into two groups (30 cases, each), treatment group was treated with the Chinese medicine mainbupiyanfang, while control group treated with ebastine. Both groups were given collagen dressing for external use, two weeks for a course of treatment. The clinical effects of both groups at 2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment were compared. And the recurrence rate was observed at twelfth weeks. At the same time, the patch test was performed on 60 patients.Results:1. The total effective rate of the treatment group was33.3%.76.7%.86.7% after 2 weeks.4 weeks% 6weeks, While the total effective rate in the control group was 30%.60%.63.3%. The significant difference (P<0.05) was observed after 6 weeks.2. After 6 weeks of treatment, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05) in the area of erythema, itching, skin lesions, and there was a statistical difference between the two groups. Twelfth weeks recurrence rate was observed in the treatment group and the control group were statistically different(P<0.05).3. The total positive rate of patch test in 60 patients with Facial Recurrent Dermatitis was 63.3%.The allergens Ranked in the top five were:aromatic compounds (23.3%), nickel sulfate (16.7%), triethanolamine (15%), potassium dichromate (13.3%), Para-phenylene diamine matrix (11.7%)Conclusion:1. Mianbupiyanfang combined with collagen dressing is preferable for Facial Recurrent Dermatitis (Wind-damp-heat type) with better effect and lower recurrence rate, and it is better than ebastine in improving facial erythema, itching and skin lesions area.2. In respect of the etiology and pathogenesis, mianbupiyanfang is effective in clearing away heat and promoting diuresis, dispelling wind and arresting itching and detoxifying, which is better than ebastine in curing facial recurrent dermatitis of wind-damp-heat type. At the same time combined with collagen dressing in treatment of this disease provides better clinical efficacy through internal and external treatment.
