Objective:Through investigation of the humanistic caring ability of nursing students to survey the post-90s students the current situation. Analysis the post-90s nurse students humanistic caring ability and clinical practice environment and other related factors, in order to promote the post-90s nursing students the humanistic caring ability and to provide objective basis. Based on different natural background of humanistic caring ability characteristics and individual differences, it has a guiding significance to propose teaching suggestions about the post-90s nursing students, to strengthen humanistic quality education, to create a good clinical practice environment and to improve quality of nursing teaching.MethodWith the method of literature review and questionnaire survey, based on the theoretical study of the humanistic care, the scholar Huang Yibing established the humanistic caring ability scale through evaluation the clinical nursing students’ humanistic caring ability. The subjects of the study is one grade 3 class A hospital in Zhejiang Province with the method of simple cluster sampling, which has 230 nursing students, all the students volunteering for the research work in this paper. The nursing students humanistic caring ability questionnaire is including the survey questionnaire and the humanistic caring ability scale by the associate professor of Fujian Medical University Huang Yibing.We use epidata3.1 software for data entry, import Excel to establish a database, and the spss21.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, descriptive statistical analyses were performed using general data and investigation of the present situation; measurement data using t test and variance analysis; influencing factors using multiple stepwise regression analysis.Result:1. The total score of humanistic caring ability and the scores of eight dimensions of post 90s nursing students were:the total score of nursing students is (72.63+6.50), of the eight dimensions the score to instill belief is (15.73+2.04), the score of health education is (12.22+1.75), and the score of altruistic values is (10.61+1.37), the score to solve health problems is (6.67+1.04) and the score to assist basic needs is (6.42+0.81),the score to provide a good environment is (5.31+1.40), the score to promote the emotional communication is (8.79+1.24), the score to help resolve difficulty is (6.88+1.31).2. The influence factors of humanistic caring ability score of "post-90" nursing students are the degree with parents relationship, the choice of professional nursing, school teacher’s care, School of Humanities and science education, practice department humanistic atmosphere and other students practice care, other teacher’s concern, teacher’s concern, humanistic caring ability of teacher education,the score difference is statistical significance (P<0.05).3. The multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that, the main factors of post 90s nursing students’ humanistic caring ability are the relationship between parents, practice time, the teacher’s humanistic caring ability, nursing professional reasons, the level of the teachers care to you.Conclusion:1.The post 90s nursing students’humanistic caring ability score is (72.63+6.50), belong to the middle level, indicating that the post 90s nursing students’ humanistic caring ability could be enhance.2. The main factors of the post 90s nursing students’ humanistic caring ability were the degree of parental relationship, the length of practice time, the teachers’ humanistic caring ability, nursing professional reasons, the care degree of teachers to nursing students.3 To analysis the present situation and influencing factors of nursing students’ humanistic caring ability, strengthen the teachers’ humanistic care consciousness, lifting the teachers’ humanistic care skills, strengthen humanistic atmosphere influence and ability training during the hole internship period especially during the later period to help to improve the humanistic caring ability level.
