Purpose:This topic was mainly researched on the results of serum extract test of mouse aging model after the intervention by the Sijunzi decoction, Siwu decoction and Bazhen decoction in Metabonomics study ways. And set up different doses of three month of male mice model group; Parsing the natural growth of mice after age sex change and its drug intervention endogenous metabolic marker and its changes in metabolic pathways, To explore the age and the biological basis of physiological and pathological changes caused by drug intervention, for the study of the related party card and qi-blood related theoretical foundationMethods:This topic use 10 male mice of 3 months old, and 40 male mice of 14 months old as the experimental subjecst, randomly divided into Sijunzi decoction group, Siwu decoction group, Bazhen decoction group and blank control group,10 mice per each group, and 10 male of 3 months old mice is the young control group. Drug groups lavage for two weeks, and blank control group, youth control group with the same volume of saline lavage for 14 days. Execute mice, take its eyeball blood, using the ultra high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) system to analyze metabolic profile in mice serum extract, analysis the extrac from each group in metabonomics ways, verify the information of metabolic markers in tonifying qi, tonifying blood and tonifying qi-blood in aging condition.Results:1. Compared with the 3 months male mice,14 months male mice have 12 metabolic markers:C13747 (Paraxanthine,7-dimethyl xanthine), C06428 (Eicosapentaenoic acid, twelve carbon olefine acid) five, C00378 (Thiamine, vitamin b2, vitamin B1), C00519 (Hypotaurine, taurine), C00048 (Glyoxylic acid, Glyoxylic acid), C00366 (Uric acid, Uric acid), C00158 (Citric acid, Citric acid), C11134 (Testosterone glucuronide, Testosterone glucuronide), C14769 (8,9-Epoxyeicosatrienoic acid, epoxy 20 carbon olefine acid), C06429 (Docosahexaenoic acid, Docosahexaenoic acid), C00219 (Arachidonic acid, Arachidonic acid), C00353 (Geranylgeranyl-PP, pyrophosphate geranyl geranyl ester).2. There are 7 metabolic pathways of 14 months male mice:thiamine metabolic pathways, arachidonic acid metabolism pathway, taurine and the taurine metabolic pathways, Krebs cycle, purine pathways, unsaturated fatty acid biosynthesis pathway and glycine, serine and threonine metabolic pathways.3.14 months male mice compared with 3 months male mice:Sijunzi decoction, to callback the 6 kinds of different metabolites, thus affecting 5 metabolic pathways, and of arachidonic acid is better than that of the rest two groups dosage group; Siwu decoction can callback its metabolites,7 kinds of differences, affects six metabolic pathways, including the effect of purine metabolism is higher than the rest of the two groups to drug group; Bazhen decoction can callback its metabolites,9 kinds of differences affect seven metabolic pathways, and of thiamine, taurine, glyoxylic acid epoxy 20 carbon olefine acid, docosahexaenoic acid and citric acid is higher than the rest of the two groups to drug group.Conclusion:1. There have aging changes on metabolic markers between 14 months male mice and 3 months male mice; Sijunzi decoction, Siwu decoction, Bahen decoction intervene in aging changes of 14 months male mice, mainly by participating in multiple metabolic pathways:such as glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism, nucleotide metabolism, amino acid metabolism and so on.2. Three benefit agent for 14 months effects of metabolic pathways in mice vary:Sijunzi decoction on lipid metabolism is better than that of Siwu decoction; Siwu decoction of nucleotide metabolism is better than that of Sijunzi decoction and Bazhen decoction; Bazhen decoction for metabolism of sugar and amino acid metabolism is better than that of Sijunzi decoction and Siwu decoction, on lipid metabolism is better than that of Siwu decoction。...
