Sijunzi decoction is from Prescriptions of Peaceful Benevolent Dispensary and the traditional recipe of traditional Chinese medicine presc-ription for reinfocing Pi Qi. The experiment which guides under Chinese medicine theory studys on the different efficiency of antiradical and antioxidant between Sijunzi decoction of Renshen and Dangshen compounds by the DPPH· assay of antioxidant activity in vitro evaluation system and pharmacological method.Determination of compound decoction EC50(50%the initial DPPH· concentration) by DPPH and Ultraviolet spectrophotometry makes sure t-he efficiency of antiradical orderly; the experiment reseachs on the effi-ciency of antiradical and antioxidant of compound decoction by DPPH; according to the results of Systemic Solvent Segregation and HPLC det-ermine the compound decoction antioxidant the effective fractions’mate-rials and classes. The antioxidant difference of Renshen and Dangshen compounds in vivo is determined by Pharmacology experiment.The experiment results show four drugs of Sijunzi decoction of Renshen compound influences on the antioxidant of compound decoction orderly Kansui radix、Ginseng radix etrhaizoma、Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma and Poria. The antiradical efficiency of DPPH of Sijunzi decoction of Dangshen compound is better than Renshen’s, the antiradical ability of alcohol extracting Sijunzi decoction of Dangshen compound is better than water extracting’s. According to HPLC, the small polar compounds from the alcohol extracting Sijunzi decoction of Dangshen compound may be the antioxidant efficiency different between alcohol extracting and water extracting Sijunzi decoction of Dangshen compound. The exactings of effective fractions from Sijunzi decoction of Renshen and Dangshen compounds orderly ethyl acetate、n-butanol、water layer and petroleum ether。 The substances of ethyl acetate layer which mainly come from the Sijunzi decoction are flavonoids. The antioxidant experiment result in vivo further indicates the antiradical efficiency of Sijunzi decoction of Dangshen compound is better than Renshen’s.
