| ObjectiveBy observing modified Wan-ling plaster plus massage treatment of cervical spondylosis clinical efficacy, as to provide theoretical basis for its clinical use, and provide a reliable curative effect for the treatment of cervical spondylosis, simple, easy to operate and has the characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment method.MethodsCollected the patients with cervical spondylosis of the massage clinic of First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM, in December 2015 to February 2016. Strictly implement test cases of diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, choose,60 cases of patients as subjects, adopting randomized controlled method, to reduce the patients were randomly divided into the modified Wan-ling plaster plus massage treatment (Experimental group) and the massage treatment (Control group), each group 30 people. Experimental use of modified Wan-ling plaster plus massage treatment, the control group only governed by massage. Both groups for 10 times as a course, a total of 1 course of treatment. Observing two groups of related parameters such as pain, symptom scores before and after the treatment, and use the statistics software SPSS19.0 statistical data, analysis of the modified Wan-ling plaster plus massage treatment of cervical spondylosis clinical efficacy.Results(1)Clinical Comparison of the two groups:Experimental group of 30 cases, clinical cure rate is, markedly effective rate is, the effectiveness rate is, the whole effectiveness is. Control group of 30 cases, clinical cure rate is, markedly effective rate is, the effectiveness rate is, the whole effectiveness is. Through the statistical analysis of the whole effectiveness, a significant difference between two groups (P=0.024<0.05), the experimental group is better than the control group.(2)Comparison of the visual analogue Scale and the symptoms of cervical spondylosis grade:Compared the indexs before treatment (P> 0.05), there was no statistically significant difference for two groups. Visual analogue Scale:After the treatment, experimental group and control group had significance(P=0.031<0.05). Symptoms of cervical spondylosis grade:After the treatment, there were significant difference between experimental group and control group (P=0.041<0.05).(3)Safety Observation:No obvious reactions were observed during the time of the treatment. No allergy reaction and saturnism.ConclusionThe modified Wan-ling plaster plus massage trentment can be effective in the treatment of cervical spondylosis, is better than massage trentment. It provides a new way and thinking for clinical treatment and provides the clinical basis for a variety of methods to treat the cervical spondylosis. The modified Wan-ling plaster plus massage trentment has the advantages of no side effect,good curative effect, noninvasive and easy to operate. It is worth clinical promotion. |
