The Comparative Observation Of Immediate Antihypetrension Effects Between Auricular-plaster Points And Auricular Points Massage Methods In Treating Pirmary Hypertension

Objective: To observe the instant effect of auricular-plaster and auricular massage onhypertension.Methods:152cases were randomly divided into two groups, and separately treatedwith auricular-plaster(n=84) and auricular massage(n=68). Observe blood pressureinstantly and10minutes after treating.Results:1. There were great differences between before and after treating in bloodpressure (P<0.01) in both groups.2. There was difference between instantly and10minutes after treating in systolicblood pressure(P<0.01) in auricular-plaster group comparing with auricular massagegroup.3.There was difference between auricular-plaster group comparing with auricularmassage group instantly after treating (P<0.01) in systolic blood pressure.4. In auricular-plaster group, II stage hypertension patients(44.1%) had a betterinstantly effective rate than earlier-stage hypertension(24.9%) and I stage hypertensionpatients(18.2%). In auricular massage group, I stage hypertension patients(26.9%) had abetter instantly effective rate than earlier-stage hypertension(9.1%) and II stagehypertension(6.5%).In auricular-plaster group,10minutes after treating, II stage hypertensionpatients(55.9%) had a better effective rate than earlier-stage hypertension(41.2%) and Istage hypertension patients(15.2%). In auricular massage group,10minutes after treating,earlier-stage hypertension patients(45.5%) had a better effective rate than I stagehypertension(30.8%) and II stage hypertension(12.9%). And in auricular-plaster group,10 minutes after treating, there were differences among earlier-stage hypertension patients, Istage hypertension patients and II stage hypertension patients(P<0.01).Conclusion:1. There are instant hypotensive effect in auricular-plaster group andauricular massage group.2. Comparing10minutes after treating and instantly after treating, there is a bettersystolic hypotensive effect in auricular massage group.3. Auricular-plaster group has a better systolic hypotensive effect than auricularmassage group.4. After treatment,the total effective rate of auricular-plaster group is31%andauricular massage group is14.7%.10minutes after treating, the total effective rate ofauricular-plaster group is36.9%and auricular massage group is25%. In auricular-plastergroup, there are differences among earlier-stage hypertension patients, I stage hypertensionpatients and II stage hypertension patients(P<0.01). And II stage hypertension has the mosthypotension effect(55.9%).
