Clinical Effect Observation On Treatment Of Hematuria Of Pyimary Glomemlar Nephritis With Yangyinqingre Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Yangyinqingre Decoction on treatment of urine sediment red blood cell count of primary glomerular nephritis hematuria.Methods:60 patients with primary glomerular nephritis hematuria of lung-kidney yin deficiency and damp heat type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Each group had 30 cases.The treatment group took Yangyinqingre Decoction and the control group took Shenyankangfu Table.To observe the change of TCM syndrome integral,the urine sediment red blood cell count and the urinary protein excretion in 24-hour of before and after treatment.Results:1.The total effective rate of clinical efficacy of treatment group was 90% and the control group was 76%.The treatment group was better than control group and there was statistically significant( P <0.05). 2.The TCM syndrome integral before and after treatment of the treatment group was better than control group,there was statistically significant( P <0.05). 3.The urine sediment red blood cell count and the urinary protein excretion in 24-hour before and after treatment of the treatment group was better than control group,there was statistically significant( P <0.05).Conclusions:Yangyinqingre Decoction can effectively improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and reduce the urine sediment red blood cell count and the urinary protein excretion in24-hour.
