The Study Of Urine Physical Components And Healthy Human Reference Value

Objectives:To analysis the proformance of AVE-763 fully automated urine sediment analyzer and Sysmex UF-100 fully automated urine sediment analyzer,and compare the difficult of AVE-763 fully automated urine sediment analyzer and Sysmex UF-100 fully automated urine sediment analyzer and Manual microscopy,and recommend a best mean of laboratory;Establish reference values of red blood(RBC),white blood(WBC),epithelial cells,tube type and crystallization in gansu district.Methods:To dectect 1617 clinic patient of Lanzhou Three-A hospital by using AVE-763 fully automated urine sediment analyzer and Sysmex UF-100 fully automated urine sediment analyzer and Manual microscopy at the same time.AVE-763 fully automated urine sediment analyzer and Sysmex UF-100 fully automated urine sediment analyzer were debuged and being the best state.Middle urine were collected and thoroughly mixed and divided three clear tubs.The first one is used for AVE-763 fully automated urine sediment,the second one is used for Sysmex UF-100 fully automated urine sediment analyzer and the last one is used for Manual microscopy.According to the standard operating requirements,we detected urine of 4596 people(exclude the factor of affect urine visible part)who attending physical examination.Every specimen has to detect three times in two hours and all examination result were judged with double-blind manner.Results:(1)The recombination rate of AVE-763 fully automated urine sediment analyzer and Manual microscopy in detecting urine RBC and WBC is all up to 93.3%.(2)The false positive rate of AVE-763 fully automated urine sediment analyzer in detecting urine RBC is 25.0%and its false negative rate is 0%.The false positive rate of it in detecting urine WBC is 8.7%and its false negative rate is 2.7%.(3)The recombination rate of UF-100 fully automated urine sediment analyzer and Manual microscopy is up to 75.5%in detecting urine RBC and 85.7%in detecting urine WBC.(4)The false positive rate of UF-100 fully automated urine sediment analyzer in detecting urine RBC is 41.7%and its false negative rate is 4%.The false positive rate of it in detecting urine WBC is 17.2%and its false negative rate is 10%.(5)The consistency of AVE-763 fully automated urine sediment analyzer and Sysmex UF-100 fully automated urine sediment analyzer is good in detecting urine RBC and WBC.The recombination rate of them is up to 89.8%in detecting urine RBC and 91.8%in detecting urine WBC.(6)The detection rate is UF-100>AVE-763>Manual microscopy in urine RBC and UF-100=AVE-763>Manual microscopy in urine WBC.(7)In the false detecting positive urine RBC of UF-100 fully automated urine sediment analyzer,Calcium oxalate crystal takes up 51.52%,saccharomycetes takes up 21.21%,bacterium takes up 18.18%,fat granule and sperm takes up 5.56%;In the false detecting positive urine WBC,epithelial cell takes up 72.72%,bacteria takes up 27.28%.(8)In the false detecting positive urine RBC of AVE-763 fully automated urine sediment analyzer,Calcium oxalate crystal takes up 50%,saccharomycetes takes up 22.22%,bacterium takes up 16.66%,fat granule takes up 5.56%and others takes up 5.56%;In the false detecting positive urine WBC,epithelial cell takes up 66.67%,Piles of bacteria takes up 18.52%,Broken RBC takes up 14.81%.(9)The carry pollution rate of detecting WBC and tube is UF-100>AVE-763;the carry pollution rate of detecting epithelial cell and RBC is UF-100=AVE-763;the carry pollution rate of detecting crystallization is AVE-763>UF-100.(10)The highest precision is Manual microscopy;the accuracy of AVE-763 and UF-100 is almost same.(11)The normal reference value of RBC,WBC,epithelial cell,crystallization,tube detected by AVE-763 fully automated urine sediment analyzer for 18 to 60 years old are 0-6/?L?0-5/?L?0-3/?L?0-/?L?0-1/?L amony men;0-8/?L?0-14/?L?0-1 9/?L?0-1/?L?0-1/?L amony men.(12)The normal reference of value RBC,WBC,epithelial cell,crystallization,tube detected by AVE-763 fully automated urine sediment analyzer for 18 to 60 years old are 0-17/?L?0-1 2/?L?0-6/?L?0-3/?L?0-1/?L amony men;0-18/?L?0-24/p?L?0-14/pL?0-3/?L?0-1/?L Lamony men.Conclusions:(1)The consistency and precise is very well between AVE-763 and UF-100.Calcium oxalate crystal is the most important factors for AVE-763 and UF-100 to make false positive in detecting urine RBC and epithelial cells is the most important factors for AVE-763 and UF-100 to make false positive in detecting urine WBC.(2)The negative urine WBC and RBC results that both AVE-763 and UF-100 detected would not be rechecked.(3)When using urine sediment analyzer method and dry chemical analyzer method to detect urine visible part,it is necessary to use Manual microscopy to detect the contradictious results.(4)The precision in detecting urinal RBC and WBC:AVE-763>UF-100>manual microscopy detecting(5)The carry contamination rate in detecting urinal RBC and
