The Research Of Observing RBC To Diagnose The Resource Of Blood Urine By Eosin Staining Method

Objective: To study the clinical value of observing RBC morphous by ordinary light microscope to diagnose the resource of blood urine by eosin staining method.Method: We colleccted 102 patients in DA LIAN medical university the second affiliated hospital from 2007.1.1 to 2008.6.30. reference: macroscopic hematuria or RBC ofurinary convention>3/HP ,and do the graph and text of urine(observing the RBC morphous of urine).Male:41,Female: 61. Age: 3-84 years old, mean age: 44 years old. Leave the midvoid urine of morning urine into the container, and put it into the urinary tube about 10ml; and put the tube into the hydroextractor, 1500rpm, 5 minites. After that, we throwed the supernatant, and leave the urine about 1ml,and added 1 drib of eosin solution.We put the blend into the counting chamber, and counted the RBC and the number of different RBC morphous,and at the same time, we also counted the number of cast, WBC and other cells.According to the dignosis rules, we dignose the resource of the blood urine. We use statistics to analyse the results after kidney biopsy, imageology and other methods to estimate the clinical value of eosin staining method.Results: 1 The data statistics results of glomerular diseases group and non-glomerular diseases group: between the two groups was significant difference (P <0.05). 2 Non-homogeneity RBC of glomerular disease diagnosis of sensitivity to 76.79 percent, misdiagnosis rate was 5.36%.Conclusions: Research and application of observing RBC morphous by ordinary light microscope to diagnose the resource of blood urine by eosin staining method. The tinting power of RBC of the urine after eosin staining is stronger, the structure is clear, the color is bright, the background is distinct and so on.
