Objective1.To explore incidence of malnutrition and nutritional risk;2.To understand the use of nutritional support in patients with cerebral infarction;3.To analyze the influencing factors of nutritional risk,It will provide insight for the medical staff to provide reasonable and effective nutrition support and reducing nutritional risk of patients. MethodsThis study is a Cross sectional study,230 cases of hospitalized patients with cerebral infarction were selected in the Department of internal medicine and Department of Neurosurgery of a hospital in Changsha by random sampling. The implementation time of the project is from May 2015 to December, the patient’s general information questionnaire, nutritional risk screening 2002,Modified Edinburgh Scandinavia Stroke Scale,Drinking water test rating scale, the use of nutritional support were used to investigate. Using SPSS18.0 statistical software to analyze the data after questionnaire recovery, statistical methods including descriptive statistics,t-test,chi-square test, multiple logistic regression, etc. Results:1. Distributing 230 questionnaire,220 questionnaires were recovered, the effective recovery rate was 95.7%;2. 220 patients accepted nutritional risk screening,217 patients can be completely apply to NRS2002,3 patients can not be completely apply NRS2002 because they can unable to measure height and weight in bed, instead of the patients admitted to the second day of the serum albumin(ALB<30g/L, has nutritional risk), NRS2002 completely applicable rate is 98.6%(217/220);3. The incidence of malnutrition in patients with cerebral infarction was 10%,and the incidence rate of nutritional risk was 48.2%;4.The survey of 220 patients with cerebral infarction,a total of 71 patients accepted nutritional support, nutritional support rate was 32.3%; nutritional risk in patients with 47.2% give nutrition support,no nutritional risk of patients also have 18.4% to give the nutritional support;5.Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the values of OR of age, physical labor intensity, history of disease, the degree of neurological impairment, swallowing function were 2.234、1.021、4.006、3.218、6.078. Logistic regression equation is:logit P=-7.358+0.804X1 +0.68X5+1.388X6+1.169X9+1.805X10( χ2=118.54, P=0.000<0.01,logistic regression equation has statistical significance),R2=0.417.Conclusion:1.The incidence of nutritional risk of patients with Cerebral infarction is48.2%, the incidence of nutritional deficiencies is 9.1%;2.There is an unreasonable phenomenon of nutritional support in patients with cerebral infarction.Patients with nutritional risk did not all receive nutritional support, some patients with no nutritional risk received nutritional support;3.The risk factors that affect the nutritional risk of patients with cerebral infarction are age, physical labor intensity, history of disease, the degree of neurological impairment, swallowing function.
