Obiective:To study the serum ADA and the correlation of chronic hepatitis b viral hepatitis liver cell injury,evaluation of ADA in chronic hepatitis B patients with viral hepatitis liver cell damage of sensitivity, accuracy, specific degrees.Methods:According to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, the accord with 112 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B viral hepatitis diagnosed as the research object,according to the hierarchical diagnosis is divided into mild group 41 cases,moderate group of 35 cases,severe group of 36 cases.In the control group for the medical health physical examination in medical center in 180 cases.With the unified study table records were the general situation, main symptoms and signs,laboratory results and auxiliary examination results,the laboratory indexes mainly include the serum ADA, liver function. Using SPSS 18.0 statistical analysis of the collected data.Result:1.General data analysis:A total of 112 patients,57 cases of men and women 55 cases,control group 180 cases,92 cases of male,female 88 cases.No difference in sex and age in each group.2.Significant differences group and control group in patients with ADAyP<0.05.In patients with chronic hepatitis b viral hepatitis,the ADA is respectively:mild group (16.45± 3.09 mm),medium (23.59±5.94),severe group (32.45±9.59).Three groups of one-way ANOVA F= 55.79,P=O.OOO.Mild and moderate groups,the group compared with severe,moderate group and severe group P values were 0.000,0.000,0.000, respectively.3.Chronic hepatitis B viral hepatitis group of ADA and AST,ALT,TBil was signifi cantly positively related(r=0.680,p=0.000;r=0.713,p=0.000;r=0.561,p=0.001),with A1b,CH E has significant negative correlation(r=-0.278,p=0.003;r=-0.316,p=0.001),ALP is not rel ated(r=0.012,p=0.904).4.Group and control group in patients with significant differences in CHE,P<0.05. In patients with chronic hepatitis B viral hepatitis,the CHE, respectively:Mild group(69 78±1525),medium(6034±1483),the severe group(5330±1383).Mild and moderate groups,t he group compared with severe,moderate group and severe group P values were 0.01, 0.000,0.025,respectively.5.Draw the curve of ROC about ADA,calculating the area under the ROC curve (AUC)= 0.970;calculated according to selected diagnostic point Youden index was 16.2 5;sensitivity≈84.82%,accuracy≈92.81%,specificity≈7.78%,Positive likelihood ratio≈46.06, Negative likelihood ratio≈0.5694.6.Draw the curve of ROC about CHE,calculating the area under the ROC curved UC)=0.884;calculated according to selected diagnostic point Youden index was 5201; sensitivity=84.82%,accuracy≈92.81%,specificity≈97.78%,Positive likelihood ratio≈36.41, Negative likelihood ration.1552.7.Draw the curve of ROC about Alb,calculating the area under the ROC curve (A. UQ= 0.896;calculated according to selected diagnostic point Youden index was 41.25; sensitivity≈69.64%, accuracy≈83.56%,specificity≈92.22%,Positive likelihood ratio≈8.95,N egative likelihood ratio≈0.3292.Conclusion:1.ADA is higher than the control group cases ADA dissimilarity, statistically significant.2. ADA can be used as one of the chronic hepatitis b viral hepatitis liver cell injury index.3.Chronic hepatitis B patients with viral hepatitis serum ADA levels increased with the increase of disease severity.
