Objective:Discusses the most common TCM syndromes of chronic hepatitis B,explore the clinical common syndromes and laboratory tests and the commonlyused drugs on the treatment of chronic hepatitis B,to provide a scientific basisfor the clinical treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Method:To Collect December2011-December2012Liaoning University ofTraditional Chinese Medicine Liver disease clinic for252case of diagnosedchronic hepatitis B patients with clinical data, including a brief history, symptoms, syndromes, laboratory tests and prescription data, the database isset up.statistical software SPSS17.0and access are used to analy alldata,Allinspectionusing a two-sided test,0.05as the test standard;Measurement datausing analysis of variance and pairwise comparisons,to not meet normaldistribution with Friedan rank rank sum testResults:1.The most common syndrome type in patients with chronic hepatitisB is Stagnation and spleen deficiency; The number of male patients than female. The ratio of male to female in either syndrome was no statistically significant(P>0.05);The age of Stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome is minimum andthat of blood stasis syndrome is maximum. The various syndromes mean agepairwise comparisons, the difference of Blood stasis syndrome and Liverdepression and spleen deficiency syndrome、Spleen deficiency was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).2.There are92patients have a family history, maternaltransmission is more than paternal transmission, the proportion of patients withfamily history of spleen deficiency syndrome, liver and kidney yin deficiency, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome is more than that of damp heatretention syndrome and blood stasissmall patients.3.The percentage of liverfunction abnormalities of Damp heat resistance is higher than the other fourcards; The mean of ALT、 AST、 DBIL、IBIL are the highest in the patients withheat resistance,Pairwise comparisons between the various syndromes, heat resistance type with the other four types were statistically significant(P<0.05);The mean of IBIL and DBIL in the patients with liver depression andspleen deficiency syndrome compare with that with spleen deficiency syndrome、Blood stasis are more statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients withthe highest positive rate of HBV-DNV is Stagnation and spleen deficiencysyndrome, and the replication viral is most active.Pairwise comparisonsbetween the various syndromes are not statistically significant(P>0.05).The ALT levels of Chronic hepatitis B patients is1-2ULN, the HBV-DNA level is105-107,patients with different levels of ALT levels have differentiate DNAlevels(P<0.05).4.Atractylodes, dried tangerine peel, Poria, Bupleurum, theherb, Angelica, Salvia, Chuanxiong, astragalus and Turmeric are frequency of10flavor before drug treatment of chronic hepatitis B drug. the most frequentlyoccurring drugs arethe spleen drugs and Shugan drug compatibility、Shugan Qimedicine and blood circulation drugs combined:eg bupleurum, Atractylodes andBupleurum, Salvia. Conclusion:The chronic hepatitis B in patients with liver stagnation andspleen defieiency is the most common; the number of male patients than female;theage of Stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome is minimum and that ofblood stasis syndrome is maximum. Deficiency, especially kidney patients aremore likely to have familial aggregation phenomenon. The lab-measuring indexsof patients(ALT、 AST、DBIL、 IBIL、HBV-DNA)are correlated with TCM syndromesin patients with chronic hepatitis B. Treatment of chronic hepatitis B shouldbe noted that:Liver spleen throughout;Qi and blood stagnation;Combined withlab-measuring indexes of patiens.
