Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Viral Hepatitis(Live-Kidney Qi Deficiency Type) With Jaweiyigu Anjian And IFN-α

Objective:Observe the Influence on the CHB’s replication based on the treatment of the chronic viral hepatitis with JAWEIYIGUANJIAN and interferon alpha. Discuss the clinical efficacy of the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis by JAWEIYIGUANJIAN and interferon alpha.Methods:Select60patients and divide them into treatment group and control group. Every group has30patients. The treatment group adopt the treatment method combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine with JAWEIYIGUANJIAN and interferon alpha. The control group only adopt interferon alpha. Discuss the clinical efficacy of the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis by JAWEIYIGUANJIAN and interferon alpha based on the comparison of the clinical symptoms of TCM, WBC, Neutrophils, platelets, hemoglobin, and HBV-DNA before and after the treatment.Result:1The total efficiency of the treatment group is93.37%with the statistical significance (P<0.05).2The efficiency of the treatment group’s clinical symptoms of TCM is81.0%,the statistical significance(P<0.05).3Treatment group can increase the replication rate of HBV-DNA, the difference statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Treatment combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine can ameliorate the clinical symptoms as the decrease in the number of WBC and platelets by the treatment with interferon alpha. The total efficiency of treatment combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine is better than the treatment used Western medicine only.
