Correlation Study Of Hope,Hardiness Of Personality, Quality Of Life On Patients With Primary Liver Cancer

Object:This study describe the research status of hope,hardiness of personality, quality of life on patients with primary liver cancer.Analysis of demographic characteristics influence on hope, hardiness of personality and quality of life on patients with primary liver cancer.This text investigate the relationship between hope,hardiness of personality and quality of life on patients with primary liver cancer,to provide reference for clinical.Method:This study is the Correlation study of Non-experimental study. It had questioned patients from two hospitals of Yanbian state,Dimethyl over hospitals,by using convenient sampling method.The questionnaires were distributed 210 parts, and finally recovered 199 valid ones, the effective rate was 94.7%.Research tools include demographic characteristics questionnaire, Herth hope Index Scale, Hardiness Scale, Quality of Life Questionnaire (EORTC QLQ-C30 scale).Application statistical software SPSS 17 for data collected analysis demographic data through descriptive statistics. It analysis the situation of hope, hardiness of Personality and Quality of Life by independent t-test analysis.And analysis the relationship of demographic characteristics of primary liver cancer with hope, hardiness of personality and quality of life by ANOVA.And analysis the correlation between hope, hardiness of personality and quality of life by pearson correlation analysis.Result:1.Hope of hospitalized patients with primary liver cancer, hardiness of personality and the situation of quality of life(1) Total score of hope of study objects are (37.95±4.74) points, the low level group 0 patients,middle level group accounted for 31.66%,higher level group accounted for 69.84%.(2) Overall score of hardiness of personality of study objects are(116.78±17.97) points, lower than the results reported in the majority studies,at a lower level.(3) Overall score of health of the study objects are (69.22 ± 21.27), slightly higher than the reference value (60.70).Scores of functional areas in quality of life of study objects get higher (76.69 ± 16.87), higher than the reference value (70.58).2.Relationship between demographic characteristics of primary liver cancer and hope, hardiness of personality and quality of Life.(1) The level of hope in this study there are statistical significance in different age, occupation, education level, household income, primary caregivers aspects (P≤0.05)(2) The level of hardiness of personality in this Study there are statistical significance in different age, occupation, medical payment, primary caregivers, household monthly income aspects (P≤0.05)(3) The level of quality of life in this study there are statistical significance in different age, occupation, education level, marital status, family income, medical payment, the degree of self-care life and primary caregivers aspects (P≤0.05)3.Relationship between hope of patients with primary liver cancer, hardiness of personality and quality of life.(1) Total scores of hope are positively correlate with the ones of hardiness of personality, correlation coefficient is 0.216.(2) Total scores of hardiness of personality are positively correlate with overall health-related quality of life, correlation coefficient is 0.238.(3) Total scores of hope are positively correlated with overall health-related quality of life, correlation coefficient is 0.252.Conclusion:(1) Hope of study object is at the more than middle level, and the level of someones is higher.The ones are 30 to 39 old, woking public institutions, have 5,000 yuan or more income every month, high level of education, attended by the spouse.(2) Hardiness of Personality of study is at a low level, and the level of someones is higher. The ones are 30 to 39 old, married, woking public institutions, have 5,000 yuan or more income every month, high level of education, medical insurance.daily living, attended by the spouse.(3) Qality of life level of study objects is at a middle level, and the level of someones is higher.The businessmen are 40 to 49 old,married, daily living,with 5,000 yuan or more income monthly, high level of education,medical insurance, attended by the spouse.(4) The scores of hope of patients with primary liver cancer and the scores of hardiness of personality get higher, the overall health status of the patient will get better, quality of life level get higher.(5) Total scores of hope are positively correlated with hardiness of personality,quality of life.
