ObjectiveBy observing the clinical curative effect of ultrasound guided needle-knife nerve cont act surgical in the treatment of Lumbar disc herniation(LDH), to provide basis for its clinical application about treatment of LDH..MethodsSelected 60 patients that meet the-requirements from the People’s Hospital of Fujian Province Orthopedics Division patients. Random order divided into Treatment group and Normal group,30 cases in each group. That treatment group is ultrasound guidance for needle-knife nerve contact treatment,the control group is a traditional therapy type of needle-knife touch nerve. According to the method of "Zhu triangle" Location:Centered on the highest point of posterior superior iliac spine,mark A point up iliac spine after a given vertex upper corner edge point (the mouth outside the L4/5 intervertebral foramen), mark B point between L5 spinous process and posterior superior iliac spine (the mouth outside the L5/S1 intervertebral foramen);point at both-side of the L3/4,L4/5 zygapophyseal joints and the transverse process of L3; treatment group positioned under ultrasound guidance, control group places clinical experience surface positioned for treatment,1 times a week and 2 weeks for a course.Record each patient’s record VAS score, JOA value, SLR angle and EMG before treatment and after treatment.Three months after the end of treatment follow-up telephone lines. All data applications SPSS 19.0 statistical software package.Results1,Compare the score of two groups of patients that before and after treatment VAS, JOA, SLR score and electromyography(EMG), P<0.01, within each group with significant difference before and after the treatment. Show two groups of treatment in alleviating the subjective pain of LDH and improve their sciatic nerve conduction function in patients with LDH were has significant curative effect.2, Two groups of patients after treatment, VAS, JOA, SLR score comparison between groups, P<0.05, with statistical difference, indicating the degree of pain relief is better than that of control group, experimental group patients prompts ultrasound guided needle-knife nerve contact surgical can effectively relieve patients’ pain symptoms.3, After treatment between the two way of EMG test comparison, P<0.05, the difference is statistically significant, that experimental group is better than the control group on improving sciatic nerve conduction function, hints of ultrasound guided needle-knife nerve contact surgical effect of excitation is better than that of traditional ones.4, The two groups after treatment the overall curative effect evaluation, P<0.05, statistically difference, to show that the experimental group improved LDH patients symptoms, signs and other general curative effect is superior to the control groupTo sum up, ultrasound guided needle-knife nerve contact surgical is more effective than the control group for the treatment of LDH, can more effectively relief the patient’s waist and leg pain, numbness symptoms, improve quality of patient’s life and work.Conclusion:Ultrasound guided needle-knife nerve contact surgical can effectively treat patients with LDH of waist and leg pain, side lower limb numbness and a series of symptoms, is worth popularizing in clinical application.
