| Objective:By observing the clinical curative effect of the treatment of scrapping Limbs Yin Meridians and acupuncture on Hyperplastic disease of breast (HDB) and its impact on the Blood perfusion of microcirculation, this paper discusses the possible mechanism of action, so as to provide a convenient operation which not only can be self maintaining but also have a good curative effect.Methods:48 cases of HDB patients according to 1:1 were divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly, the treatment group used the treatment of scrapping limbs Yin meridians and acupuncture, the control group only used acupuncture treatment. The Color Ultrasonography and laser Doppler flowmeter were used to observe the change and evaluated the patients’ symptoms and physical signs before and after the treatment, and then the statistic data was analyzed.Results:1. The total efficiency of the treatment group of HDB was 95.83%, and the control group was 91.31% in respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups after chi-square test (P<0.05).2. After three menstrual cycles of treatment, in the two groups, the patients’symptoms and physical signs total score, the pain score, the lump score and the concomitant symptoms score after treatment than before treatment all decreased to some extent, and the difference had statistical significance (aP<0.01). It indicated that the two groups both had a good curative effect.3. After three menstrual cycles of treatment, the total score of patients’ symptoms and physical signs of the treatment group and the control group were (17.44±7.77) and (23.48±6.24) respectively. There was a significant difference between two groups (bP<0.01). The pain score for the treatment group and the control group were (7.25±2.49) and (10.17±3.35) respectively. There was a significant difference between two groups (bP<0.01). The concomitant symptoms score of the treatment group and the control group were (6.00±3.34) and (8.61±3.16) respectively. There was also a significant difference between two groups (bP<0.01). The lump score of the treatment group and the control group were (4.19±4.53) and (4.70±4.32) respectively. There was no significant difference between two groups (cP>0.05).4. After three menstrual cycles of treatment, in the treatment group, the blood flow of the three points, after treatment than before treatment all increased naturally, the difference had statistical significance (aP<0.01). In the treatment group, the blood flow of the shenfeng point, after treatment than before treatment increased naturally, the difference had statistical significance (a.P<0.01). But the blood flow of the other two points, after treatment than before treatment the changes were not so obvious, the difference had no statistical significance (P>0.05).5. After three menstrual cycles of treatment, the Tianchi point blood flow of the treatment group and the control group were (68.52±27.00)PU and (50.41±30.09)PU respectively. The Tianchi point blood flow of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (cP <0.01). The Shenfeng point blood flow of the treatment group and the control group after treatment were (69.82±22.07)PU and (48.23±29.18)PU respectively. The Shenfeng point, blood flow of the treatment group was higher than taht of the control group (cP<0.01). The Qimen point blood flow of the treatment group and the control group after treatment were (58.30±24.83)PU and (42.24±15.82)PU respectively. The Qimen point blood flow of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (cP<0.01).Conclusion:1. The treatment of scrapping limbs Yin meridians and acupuncture have better clinical curative effect in HDB than the treatment of pure acupuncture. It can not only relieve the pain of breast, reduce the size of the lump, but also improve the whole body symptoms.2. The treatment of scrapping limbs Yin meridians and acupuncture can speed up the blood flow velocity, improve the blood perfusion volume and improve the microcirculation of the breast. It may be the primary treatment mechanism of this therapy for HDB. |
