National Physician Arrhythmia Literature And The Research Of Diagnosis And Treatment Of The Master

Object i vesArrhythmia is a very common cardiovascular disease and complications in cliniacal, its harm is not only can aggravate the original heart disease, but also lead to sudden death,and it is a serious threat to human health. Although traditional Chinese medicine literature did not record the disease, national physician master inherited the predecessors’academic essence, and achieved remarkable success in diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmia. Therefore, the aim of this article is to comb knowledge of the traditional Chinese medicine of arrhythmia related diseases, systematically collate theory origin of national physician master about diagnosis and treatment of the disease, dialectical thinking and prescription medication characteristic,and hope to further understanding of the disease and provide references for clinical workers.MethodsAccording to the ministry of human resources and social security, the National Health And Family Planning Commission (original State Ministry of Health), state administration of traditional Chinese medicine has jointly issued two documents about commending the national physician,and to draw up the national physician master list which my article involves. Refer to People’s Medical Publishing House published 《practical Internal Medicine)) in 2013(the 14th edition) on ECG diagnostic criteria of arrhythmia, relying on a paper document in library and database resources, retrieving national physician master academic paper and its clinical basis, and making sure that medical cases which my article adopt conformed to diagnosis standard of arrhythmia.Use of traditional Chinese medicine theory and literature research methods, analyze, induce, summarize the possession of the data, and comb arrhythmia related disease of traditional Chinese medicine and its origin, pay attention to extract each master national physician experience in diagnosis and treatment of the disease, based on master basis, and integrated with the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine cardiovascular especially arrhythmia, to explore traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease classification, to analyze and summarize the medicine characteristics of the disease by mathematical statistics.ResultsBased on the above research methods, it eventually became dissertation.the collating and studying of literature about arrhythmia which the national physician master diagnosed and treated,and the article is divided into four chapters.Chapter one on the basis of relevant research data, determine the type of arrhythmia which national physician masters’ related cases involved.by recognizing traditional Chinese medicine disease of arrhythmia related disease syndrome as a clue, combing the arrhythmia related disease evolution, etiology and pathogenesis,and the principle of differential treatment.Chapter two arranging and summarizing the academic thoughts about the diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmia of Deng Tietao, Li Jinyong et al 24 national physician master, by selecting national physician master personally as a clue,and comprehensively summarize the theory origin, diagnosis characteristics, diagnosis techniques, prescription characteristics and medication experience of every master in treatment of arrhythmia.Chapter three in-depth study of national physician master cases which conforms to the diagnostic standard, on the basis of the diagnosis of dialectical classification of every master for each case, divided the selected case into 9 type of syndrome, each type of syndrome followed each master different cases, provide useful reference for clinical differential treatment.Chapter four do statistical analysis of drugs which the selected master case involving.by the frequency of drug use as a clue, in-depth analysis of the category,sexual flavor, meridial distribution and its processing methods of related drugs, to explore the medication characteristics of national physician master,which treated arrhythmia.GonclusionThe achievements made by the national medical master in the diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmias are important academic benchmark for the development of Chinese medicine theory and clinical medicine. Studying and sorting every master’s academic essence in treating arrhythmia, not only for the prevention and treatment of this disease provides diagnostic methods and dialectical method, prescription and empirical medication references, and be conducive to accumulate indirect experience and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment for clinical workers, but also provide literature support for teaching and research work to develop ideas,moreover it is an important method to inherit and carry forward the academic theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
