Objective: To summarize and discuss Professor Deng Yue's medication rules and academic thoughts on the treatment of arrhythmia by using the frequency, frequency and cluster analysis methods of Professor Deng Yue's treatment of arrhythmia. Methods: 102 cases of clinical prescription medications were treated by Professor Deng Yue for the treatment of arrhythmia. The database was established by using Microsoft Office Excel 2016 software to calculate the drug frequency and key drug types of patients. The clustering function of SPSS software system was used to cluster the key drugs in the medical case.Through the frequency and frequency analysis of single-drug drugs and drug categories and cluster analysis of key drugs, the authors summed up the objective data of drug associations, explored the hidden drug use patterns among traditional Chinese medicines, and expounded Professor Deng Yue's academic thought on treating arrhythmia. Results: The results of the Chinese medicine data collected in the collected cases were summarized and summarized as follows:(1)The total frequency of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of arrhythmia by Professor Deng Yue was 1,668,and the total amount of traditional Chinese medicine was 111.The average prescription of each prescription was about 16 Chinese medicines.Among the 111 herbs, the frequency of Gansong appeared the highest, and the frequency of single-flavor medication was 6.06% of the total frequency.(2)Based on the definition of traditional Chinese medicine with frequency of 10 times or more,34 kinds of key drugs were summarized, and the total number of key drugs accounted for 85.55%.According to the decreasing frequency of traditional Chinese medicine, they were: Gansong,Yuanzhi,Codonopsis,Sophora flavescens,etc.(3)The results of frequency analysis of key drugs, the highest frequency of drugs are in the order of tonic drugs, dampness and dampness drugs,heat-clearing drugs,qi drugs, etc.,the frequency of occurrence of priority drugs in priority order is 18.57%,13.45 %,13.10%,11.77%.(4)The results of cluster analysis of key drugs are divided into six categories. The first category is keel, aspartame, cypress kernel, and phellodendron, which totals 10 Chinese medicines;the second category is Zhimu,Amethyst,Shouwu vine,etc.6 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine;the third type is Ophiopogon japonicus,Angelica,Astragalus, etc.,a total of 6 Chinese medicine;the fourth type is white aconite, silkworm,Chuanxiong, etc.,a total of 4 Chinese medicine;the fifth category is alfalfa,Shichangpu,Sophora flavescens Etc.,a total of 6 Chinese medicine;the sixth category is Gansong,Yuanzhi,a total of 2 Chinese medicine. Conclusion: Professor Deng Yue believes that the internal wind causes phlegm, wind deficiency and evil is one of the core causes of arrhythmia;"virtual, wind, fire" fights, the loss of mind is the key to the pathogenesis;benefit Qi and nourish the blood, clear the heart and calm the nerves is the main Treatment principles.Professor Deng Yue is good at using axinxin soup as a basis for the treatment of arrhythmia. For the premature ventricular contractions,it is often used for the addition and subtraction of amethyst, sputum, and sophora.Atrial premature beats, good use of white aconite, silkworm, sophora and other drugs.Atrial fibrillation is treated with drugs such as white aconite, silkworm, medlar, and sophora.Professor Deng Yue believes that the clinical concept of the four-diagnosis and the combination of disease and syndrome should be followed in the clinical trial. When prescribing the prescription, pay attention to the balance between yin and yang,qi and blood.Do not over-explore too much, and should not be too nourishing.Make up and apply,in order to recover.
