| ObjectiveTo observe the curative pitting analgesia on postoperative pain of an-terior cruciate ligament reconstruction in advance the efficacy and safety, and to assess its role in the early postoperative rehbilitation of anterior cr-uciate ligament reconstruction, provide a basis for objective curative effect in clinical application,optimize the clinical diagnosis and treatment plan.MethodsChoose 60 patients between January 2015 and November 2015 in GuangDong Provincial Hospital Of Traditional Chinese Medicine of bone sorted for an-terior cruciate ligament rupture undergoing supracricoid laryngectomy with reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament under arthroscopy, randomly di-vided into three groups, each group 20 cases, adopted different postoperative analgesia. All patients gender, age, operation time differences had no sta-tistical significance (P< 0.05). Preoperative to acupuncture analgesia group in advance in pitting analgesia, including ordinary pitting within group began to acupuncture analgesia, drug group to oral celecoxib postoperative analg-esia, three groups of patients with surgical method and postoperative other processing the same. Observed within three days of three groups of patients with postoperative pain VAS score, resting state, knee joint mobility and strength and the occurrence of adverse reactions, record additional analgesic drugs, using statistical analysis, to evaluate the effect of three kinds of analgesic solution and security.ResultsAccording to this article’s inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, as shown in 75 cases,7 cases were ruled out,8 cases were excluded, eventually got 60 cases in this study. In VAS score,3 h after general electric acupuncture group and drug group, there was no statistically significant difference com-pare between advanced analgesia group and drug group comparison, ahead of analgesia with ordinary electric acupuncture group difference was statisti-cally significant.6 h after three sets of VAS score two comparative diff-erences are statistically significant, postoperative VAS score 3 h advancing analgesia group was lower than those of other two groups, the highest score drug group. After 12 h ahead of analgesia with ordinary electric acupuncture group there was no statistically significant difference comparing VAS score, advance analgesia group and drug group comparison, comparing differences between ordinary electric acupuncture group and drug group have statistical significance. Postoperative 1 d,2 d after operation, postoperative 3 d three measuring points VAS a group between two two comparative differences are statistically significant, VAS score lowest ahead of analgesia group, followed by general electric acupuncture group, the highest drug group. Three groups of activity degree between groups to compare the postoperative 3 d joint rank and inspection, prompt difference was statistically significant (P< 0.001). Three sets of 3 d and postoperative muscle groups to compare the rank and inspection, results suggest differences have statistics meaning (P< 0.001). Three groups of adverse reaction happening by Fisher’s exact probability method, the results suggest differences had statistics meaning (P< 0.05), the incidences of adverse reactions to drugs is high than other two groups. Three groups of additional analgesics situation by Fisher’s exact probability method, results suggest difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), shows forward analgesia group of additional analgesics cases less than other two groups, medicine group of most cases.ConclusionCupping in pitting extended analgesia technique can effectively reduce postoperative pain in patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, improve the knee joint mobility, promote body postoperative function recovery, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, reduce the use amount of additional analgesic drugs at the same time, has certain clinical curative effect. |
