Literatur Research Of Acupuncture And Moxibution Treatment For Ovulatory Disorder Infertlity

Objective:Though studying the collection and classification of clinical report on CNKI in recent 10 years, the research concluded the regular acupuncture points in treating the dysfunctional ovulatory acyesis and the clinical regular channels to provide effective points prescription for reference.Method:Computer searched the paper about acupuncture curing the dysfunctional ovulatory acyesis from 2005 to 2015 in CNKI, and screened out by inclusion criteria. The research downloaded the clinical paper that fit the standard, and analyzed by Excel to carry on the statistics on the points, channel’s, and parts in the paper and summarize the rules.Result:Through searching on china periodical network,390 papers are collected,198 papers are removed.31 papers about non ovu]ation disorder barrenness.18 papers about individual cases and experience exploration.27 papers are symposium and 69 paper are other document.47 papers are fit into analysis.51 normal acupoint about ovulation disorder barrenness are used in clinic recent 10 years.and the total frequency of acupoint is 302.in clinic, the acupoint which more commonly used in the top 10 are sanyinjiao, guanyuan, zigong, zhongji, zusanli, shenshu, qihai, shenque, xuehai, fenglong. The meridian which more commonly used in top 5 are urinary bladder(25.490%), stomach bladder(13.725%), ren channel(11.765%), governor meridian (11.765%), and kidney meridian (7.843%).We can draw a conclusion that most of acupoint belong to abdomen and lumbosacral portion in this study, and about 47.06% of total number of acupoint. according to the date statistics, the acupoint in bosom, shoulder, buttock are not selected and used.Conclusion:(1)the regulations of acupoint choice to treat migraine:mainly to use the point in the Yin meridian and the point in the Yang meridian as assistant, and combine(2)the principle of the selection of the acupoint is mainly to use the local point and the along-meridian point selection as assistant. The selected acupoints mostly lactate in the abdomen and the lumbosacral region, and the lower limbs next.
