Efficacy Of Acupuncture Using Daoqi Manipulation And Different Therapy In Different Time On Sterility Of Ovulation Disturbance

Objective: To observe the curative effect of acupuncture using Daoqi manipulation and different therapy in different time therapy in treatment of sterility of ovulation disturbance.Methods: according to random number table will conform to the cases included in the standard of 72 patients were divided into acupuncture group(36 cases) and drug group(36 cases).Acupuncture group adopt acupuncture method of guide gas, different time periods in the zi gong, zhong ji, gui lai, three Yin meridians is given priority, in the follicular phase, ovulation and luteal phase three periods respectively by warm acupuncture, cupping, warm acupuncture, abdominal acupuncture needle when the guide air method, treatment 3 times a week, how many decide whether acupuncture menstrual period according to the menstrual quantity.Treatment with drug group CC + h CG, CC: 50 mg/d in spontaneous menstrual or fifth day of the retreat hemorrhages oral, even served five days;h CG: ultrasound monitoring follicle development matures, one-time muscle injection of 5000 ~ 10000 IU.Both groups in 1 month is 1 treatment course, continuous treatment 3 period of treatment were observed after ovulation, pregnancy, BBT, female hormone levels, clinical symptoms of TCM.And statistical analysis was carried out on the clinical curative effect.Results:(1) the two groups after treatment the synthetic evaluation of curative effect, acupuncture group total effective rate 77.78%, drug group total effective rate 58.33%,two groups of the synthetic evaluation of curative effect(P < 0.05) difference was statistically significant.(2)pregnancy rates in the two groups after treatment, acupuncture group pregnancy rate 44.44%, drug group of pregnancy rate was 22.22%, the pregnancy rate compared the two groups(P < 0.05) difference was statistically significant.(3)After treatment, two groups of ovulation rate of acupuncture group ovulation rate 66.67%, drug group of ovulation rate was 61.11%, two groups of ovulation rate comparison there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).But see from the two groups of efficient acupuncture group is better than the control group.(4)In the two groups after treatment restore BBT double at the comparison, acupuncture group restore two-way total effective rate 88.89%, drug group restore two-way total effective rate 61.11%, comparing the two groups(P < 0.05) difference was statistically significant.(5)In the two groups after treatment to improve clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture group total effective rate 94.44%, drug group total rate of some 77.78%, comparing the two groups(P < 0.05) difference was statistically significant.(6)Two groups of women serum sex hormone levels after treatment, two groups of patients after treatment of T, LH/FSH, E2, there was a significant difference compared with before treatment.After treatment between two groups of patients with T, LH/FSH more significant differences(P < 0.05);E2 is no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).(7)Safety observation: two groups no serious adverse reactions and adverse events occurred, two groups of patients’ blood, urine, stool, liver and kidney function before and after treatment were no exception.But some patients drug group appear different degree of adverse reactions, such as weight gain, dizziness, etc., may be linked to estrogen fluctuations caused at the same time CC to promote row and fat metabolism imbalance.Conclusion: this study suggests that the period of time acupuncture method of guide gas in the treatment of ovulation disorder infertility clinical curative effect is betterthan that of CC + h CG conventional treatment.Research results show that the period of time acupuncture method of guide gas leading effect on promoting ovulation and CC + h CG compared with no difference, but in improving clinical pregnancy rate, recovery two-way temperature, improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, adjust the female hormone level in serum, curative effect is better than that of CC + h CG treatment.Results indicate that acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of ovulation disorder infertility curative effect, is worth promoting.
