ObjectiveThis study uses sample for clinical randomized controlled trials, to meet the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of patients of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy as the research object. Acupuncture combined with rotational manipulation in the treatment group compared with simple acupuncture in the control group, to explore the effect of two methods in the treatment of the disease is feasible and effective. Acupuncture combined with rotational manipulation was provided clinical reference for the treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy.MethodsIn strict accordance with the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were selected in this study, the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with rotational manipulation in the treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy. From March 2015 to March 2016 for Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy in 60 patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University and Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine Department of acupuncture. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, observation of the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Compared the data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software.Results1.Two groups of gender and age by chi square test are P>0.05. The homogeneity of variance test P>0.05. In the treatment group, the age was 45.03 ± 5.54 years,45.07±5.02 years for control group. The course of disease of the two groups by t test was P>0.05, homogeneity of variance test P>0.05. The course of treatment group was 30.33±18.40 months, the disease course in the control group for 29.33+18.16 months. Two groups of gender, age, course of disease showed no statistical difference, with comparable.2.The McGill’s pain score results:Before treatment, the two groups of VAS and PRI score difference were not statistically significant (P>0.05), so the two groups before treatment pain scores were comparable. After treatment, VAS and PRI total score differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05), indicating that the treatment after treatment group the pain index value (VAS, PRI) were significantly better than control group decreased. Two groups of patients after treatment, the difference has statistical significance (P< 0.05), the description of the two groups of treatment in patients with various pain index value were significantly improved.3. The Tanaka Yasuku symptom form score:Before treatment, two groups of shoulder and neck pain, upper limb pain and numbness, intervertebral foramen extrusion test score differences were not statistically significant (P> 0.05), so the treatment of the two groups before pain scores can be compared; After treatment, two groups of the outcome measures differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05), showed that after the treatment, the treatment group, clinical symptoms and signs of improvement than the control group obviously; Two groups of patients after treatment the observation index in the group score differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05), indicating that the two groups of treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients clinical symptoms and signs were significantly improved.4. The treatment group heal in 7 cases,15 cases had marked effect,6 cases had effect, is invalid in 2cases, the total effective rate was 93.33%; The control group 4 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective, effective in llcases,5 no effect, the total effective rate was 83.33%; Results showed that the treatment group total effective rate was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).ConclusionsAcupuncture combined with rotational manipulation and simple the curative group can effectively eliminate the pain caused by Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy, upper limb radiation pain and other symptoms and signs, curative effect is clear and is superior to the simple acupuncture treatment to prevent Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy provides an effective means of treatment.
