Study On Access Index System Of Nurse Specialist Training Field

Background With the development of medical and the improvement of living standards, nurse plays a more and more important role in protecting people’s healthy. Meanwhile, specialization of nursing has been a topic problem of the global nursing development, and nurse specialist has become the theme of nursing resource management. In recent decades, nurse specialist has been trained and used maturely in many developed countries such as America, Japan, and Canada. But it is later for the development of nurse specialist in China. Training and using of the Chinese nurse specialist are still in an exploring stage. For the hard work of the government and other related organizations, there are dozens kinds of nurse specialist in our country include ICU, Emergency, Oncology and Operating room. In fact, the setting of special department is not unified and defined. And the training field of nurse specialist is depended by the organization and without scientific basis. It is important for the development of nursing specialist to depend the training field scientifically.Purpose To conclude the training felid of nurse specialist in China, explore the factors related to the access of nurse specialist training field, and get the comprehensive access index system of nurse specialist training field.Design The study included four phases. The first phase is to conclude training field by internet sources and Citespace. The second phase is to discuss the related field about access in medical by Historical Method, Comparative Method and Experiential Summary Method. The third phase is to conduct the ground theory study of training field access. The final phase is to build the nurse specialist training field access index system by Delphi method and Analytic hierarchy process (AHP).Results According to the existing research, there are dozens kinds of nurse specialist training field include ICU, Emergency, Oncology and Operating room. The training of diplomate, the training of APRN and the development of nursing subject are enlightening to the training of nurse specialist. The ground theory study gets an access model include an initial condition, an internal factor and three external factors. For this framework, the study builds the nurse specialist training field access index system which included 6 first class indicators, and 19 second class indicators. Refer to the expert advice adequately, the study draw up a complete index system.Conclusion The study builds a comprehensive index system by scientific method which include two levels of indicators, indicator weight and application instruction. This index system is valuable to the access of nurse specialist training field, but it needs to be discussed further.
