Research On The Construction Of Index System Of Training Mode For Infection Control Nurse Specialist

Objective:In this study,we used literature research、semi-structure interview and Delphi methods to establish hospital infection control nurse specialist’s index system of training mode in our country.The objective of this study was to provide a theoretical basis for the appointment,training,evaluation and qualification of hospital infection control nurse specialist.Methods:1.Using literature research methods,through the retrieval of relevant literature on infection-control nurse specialist at home and abroad,according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the literature,a total of 37 articles were included,which provides a theoretical basis for the study.2.A semi-structured interview method was used to interview 18 hospital infection management and nursing management experts from 4 hospitals in Shanxi Province,and a draft indicator for the training model of nosocomial infection control nurse specialist was preliminarily drafted.3.25 experts from Beijing,Guangzhou,Sichuan,Inner Mongolia and Shanxi provinces were consulted on two-rounds of consultation by Delphi method.The data were analyzed by Excel and SPSS 17.0 software;combined with the inclusion criteria(importance assignment mean≥4 and coefficient of variation ≤0.25)and expert opinions,finally established the index system of infection control nurse specialist’s training mode.And the weight value was determined by the proportioning method.Results:1.The experts participating in semi-structured interviews expressed the need for infection-control specialist nurses in clinical practice,and explained the necessity of the training of infection-control specialist nurses.2.In this study,the experts selected are highly positive and authoritative,with a high degree of coordination and representativeness.The research results are scientific and reliable.The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of consultation questionnaires were 92.59% and 100% respectively;the coefficient of experts’ authority was 0.911 and 0.929 respectively;and the results of the second round of expert consultation showed that the Kendall’s W at all levels were 0.120,0.301 and 0.445(P<0.05),Experts have high degree of recognition of indicators at all levels.2.According to the screening criteria and expert opinions of the indicators,after the discussion of the research team,the index system of the training mode for h infection control nurse specialist was finalized.The proportioning method was used to calculate the weight value each index.According to the importance of the first-order indicators by the order: training objective(0.2526)、assessment(0.2526)、training process(0.2505)、certification(0.2443)。 Conclusion:Through literature research and semi-structured interview,the necessity and development trend of the training of infection control nurse specialist were explained.The index system of training mode of hospital infection control nurse specialist was preliminarily constructed,including 4 first-level indicators,19 second-level indicators and 82 third-level indicators.The training mode highlights the professional features of infection prevention and control,provides a theoretical basis for the admission,cultivation and use of infection control nurse specialist.
