To Establish Chinese Management Model Of Specialist Training And Access Process According Our National Conditions, Promote Technique Access And Standardization Developing In Endoscopic Medicine

Purpose:To distinguish the concept and content of specialist training and access system, discuss the necessity to establish the management model of specialist training and access system according to Chinese national conditions in order to make clear how to promote related work under guidance of the model. And the ultimate goal is to promote the standardization development of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment cause.Methods:To use "Theory of Control of the Health Care Market" and "Survey and Analysis Methods" and discuss the necessity to establish the management model of specialist training and access system. To discuss how to learn and absorb advanced experience of specialist training and access system from domestic and foreign. Then analyzed from aspects of management, training, assessment and quality control and got which are the advanced experience that can be absorbed by us with "Case Analysis Method" after comprehensive reference with Chinese Cardiovascular Interventional Technique Training Project, Ministry of Health. On this basis, combined with theoretical knowledge related to public organizations, established specialist training and access management process model according to Chinese national conditions. Then explored how to improve the work flow of each branch with the process model after the relevant research of Chinese Endoscopic Doctor Association work. Finally we carried out two kinds of endoscopic technology access working methods and gave out the role that our government should play in specialist training and access course.Results:In the critical period of implementation of health reform in our country, the government and health administration departments should grasp the opportunity to establish specialist training and access system. And we should establish specialist training and access management process model based on the advanced experience and innovation of management experience. In the existing policy conditions, the Chinese Endoscopic Doctor Association should work with each branch or directly under the leadership of the health administration departments. In this process, the health administrative departments should establish various rules and regulations and play an indirect role in access control.Conclusion:Specialist training and access management process model established after absorption of foreign advanced management experience and reference with management process of Cardiovascular Interventional Technique Training Project, Ministry of Health can be used to guide our design of Specialist Association structure, work process, etc., can be used to guide the specialist training and access work. Endoscopic Doctor Association can also learn from the process model, design work direction, improve the work flow, and promote standardization development of endoscopic technique.
