In this paper, the basic data of the major hospitals were analyzed by using the function system carried by the questionnaire, and the information was collected. The equalization of public services, efficiency theory and business process reengineering as the theoretical basis, using cost benefit analysis method of the traditional appointment, local information appointment, online booking, APP booking, micro channel reservation, "Hospital of the future" plan, palm hospital, baidu doctors and other medical services model to carry on the research analysis, and eventually optimize the treatment process, the realization of the public hospital resources can be effectively configured. In this paper, the cost benefit analysis method of "one-stop" service visits economic and social performance analysis of public hospitals in the flow of information services platform process tends to optimize the visiting time and continue to improve service efficiency.
