Research purposes: fasting therapy currently has been the world recognized as one of effective means of prevention and control of chronic diseases science, including intermittent break feed therapy for patients with obesity fat reducing effect has significant curative effect. The incidence of chronic disease increases year by year, intensifying, and only by simple fasting therapy is nowhere close to resist the attempt of development, must be combined with the movement of scientific laws, safe and effective to save his life. Pure endurance aerobic exercise effect reducing weight significantly lower than the complex of aerobic combined with the resistance movement. Intermittent break feed combination of aerobic endurance sports have fat reducing effect. Intermittent break feed, then combined with compound movement is the same with central obese men have reduced fat effect, can even change the adipose accumulation parts it is lack of relevant reports. By the movement around the overweight and obese adult men for a diet intervention, were observed before and after the experiment subjects body composition and the change of local adipose accumulation, further discussion of intermittent break feed combination of complex movement and single intermittent break feed for overweight and obese men lose fat effect.Methods: by means of the experimental intervention on recruiting screening standard 19 volunteers after the experiment group, volunteers were randomly divided into two groups, one group for single intermittent break feed(the IF group, n = 9), a group for intermittent break feed combined with compound movement(the IF- E group, n = 10). Two groups of subjects were experimental four-week intervention. In experiments before and after intervention respectively adopt biological resistance Kang Fa and tape measure body composition of the subjects and surrounded degree measurement, the measurement result to adopt the average SPSS20.0 + standard deviation(x + /- SD).The results of the study:1. Through the experimental intervention, the body shape index of the two groups all have varying degrees of decline. Among them, the IF group except the waist circumference and hip circumference decreased(there is no significant difference(P > 0.05), other indicators including body weight, BMI, body fat rate and waist hip ratio were significantly reduced(P < 0.05). And IF- group E all body shape indexes fell, and the effect is highly significant(P < 0.01).2. Through the experiment of four weeks intervention, two groups of subjects of body fat rate decreased significantly greater than the weight and BMI, waist circumference decreased significantly more than hip circumference. Compared two groups, the IF-group E body fat rate and degree of surrounded degree index fell more obvious.Research conclusions: intermittent break feed combined with compound movement around can obviously reduce the fat content of overweight and obese men. Among them, the waist and abdomen fat content decreased significantly better than the hip fat, thereby significantly reducing the risk of chronic disease. Single intermittent break feed therapy has reduced fat effect, but the effect of fat is lower than intermittent break feed combination of complex movement therapy, prompt in the future for overweight and obese adult men can recommend intermittent break feed combined with compound movement strategy to achieve the goal of reducing fat.
