As the continuous improvement of human living standard, obesity has become the most serious health problem in the 21st century . Recently , the growth of obese youngster increase rapidly, Becoming the offspring of the adult obese. It is a potential threaten . The researches about obese problem gradually attract people's attention. But the researches mostly focus on the adolescent and the elderly. There are not too much systemic researches about the obesity of the rapid growing adolescent. After implementing of a sport prescription to the obese adolescent, this paper is going to discuss about the indexes change of body component,fat distribution,function capacity etc. Expecting to offer some scientific evidences to sport intervention of obese adolescent.This experiment select 45 obese adolescent totally, dividing into two groups voluntarily. 27 adolescent in sport group and 18 adolescent in compared group. Through experiment of increasing the load gradually to get each adolescent's VO2max, according to different VO2max of each one to control sport intensity by heart rate . Sport group implement a 12-weeks long sport prescription and compared group without any exercise except daily physical education [PE). The results show:12-weeks aerobic sport exercise let body component changed properly. It mainly shows in the increase of lean body mass, and simultaneously in the decrease of body fat percentage. The degree of obesity declined and the rate of basic metabolism increased. Male obese adolescent emphasize on the increase of lean body mass. 12-weeks aerobic sport exercise makes different degree of decrease of the male and female obese adolescent's skin-drape thickness.12-weeks aerobic sport exercise makes the decrease of waistline,waist-to-hip ratio of the female obese adolescent. But the exercise does not have much influence on the body surround of the male obese adolescent.12-weeks aerobic sport exercise strengthen the function capacity of the obese adolescent. Mainly showed in the improvement of strength in male obese adolescent. 12-weeks aerobic exercise also makes an obvious improvement of the obese adolescent's body coordination and sport ability, especially in male obese adolescent.
