Target:To probe into the impact of blood pressure, heart rate, pulse pressure (PP) and pulse pressure index (PPI) if the primary hypertension patients participate in aerobic exercise combined with resistance exerciseResearch program:The 60 cases of primary hypertension patients in accordance with different treatment were randomly divided into routine oral drop blood pressure medicine group (group A), aerobic exercise combined with conventional oral antihypertensive medicine group (group B), aerobic exercise combined with resistance exercise training and combined with oral antihypertensive medicine group (group C), there are 20 cases in each group. Each group of patients in the study join the exercise treadmill test before and after the exercise to evaluate their ability to exercise. The groups B and C are involved in exercise of 12 weeks,3 times/week, and the time they participate in aerobic exercise training is not more than 2 hours each time.the group C was added to extra resistance exercise training each time and the mainly involved in resistance exercise is the muscles of the upper limb, lower limb and lower back, the strength of the resistance movement is adjust for 10RM, each training include 4 kinds of resistance movement, and each kinds of resistance movement are 4 groups, and the patient can rest 2-5 minutes between the groups.Result:Before exercise intervention, the baseline data of the 3 groups were consistent (P>0.05). After 12 weeks between the 3 groups compared B, C group, the maximum exercise heart rate (MHR), and quiet heart rate (RHR) were lower than group A (P< 0.05). The heart rate recovery (HRR1) had no significant difference (P> 0.05) among the three groups, but the heart rate recovery (HRR1) after exercise intervention in B, C groups was increased compared with those before treatment(P< 0.05). The systolic blood pressure (SBP) of group B and C was lower than group A after exercise intervention in B, C groups (P<0.05). The difference of diastolic blood pressure (DBP) between the 3 groups was not significant (P>0.05). The pulse pressure (PP) of B and C were lower than group A after treatment. The comparison of pulse pressure index (PPI) among the three groups, the difference was not significant (P> 0.05), but the PPI after group B and C respectively with before treatment had decreased (P< 0.05). Among the three groups of pulse pressure index (PPI), the difference was significant (P< 0.05), The PPI of group B and C was lower than group A after exercise intervention (P<0.05) the PPI of the group B and C after exercise intervention was lower than the time before exercise intervention, and the difference of PPI in group A between the time before and after exercise intervention was not significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Long term aerobic exercise combined with oral antihypertensive medicine can reduce the blood pressure of patients with primary hypertension more effectively than the simple use of antihypertensive medicine. Long term aerobic exercise training combined with oral antihypertensive medicine can significantly increase the patient’s heart rate recovery (HRR1), and reduce the patient’s quiet heart rate (RHR), maximum exercise heart rate (MHR), pulse pressure (PP) and pulse pressure index (PPI), so as to improve the exercise capacity in patients, and postpone the development of atherosclerotic disease. There was no difference in the effect of aerobic exercise training and aerobic exercise training combined with resistance exercise on blood pressure, pulse pressure (PP) and pulse pressure index (PPI) in patients with essential hypertension.
