Abstract/Summary:
Objective:Observe curative effect about the treatment of Uighur Cerebral Infarction Aphasia with Scalp Acupuncture Combined with Aphasia(uygur) Training System Treating.Explore transformation about the brain functional area after the treatment, and the recovery mechanism of Uighur Cerebral infarction aphasia.Methods:40 uygur patients with aphasia after stroke were divided into two groups, each group of 20 cases, the experimental group was A(Scalp acupuncture combined with aphasia(uygur)training system treating),the controlled groups were B,Aphasia(uygur)training system treating. All of the patients on the basis of cerebrovascular disease treatment. Before treatment and treatment 4 weekend,do functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI) check the function and the professional doctors using the “Aphasia battery of Uighur(ABU)”and the “Nationalinstitute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)”scores. Results:The statistical analysis, the treatment group and control group in the treatment of the former general data, including gender, age,ABU scores,NIHSS scores ratings, there are no significant difference. After treatment, the ABU scores and the NIHSS scores of the treatment group were better than the control group. And two groups of the functional magnetic resonance have changes. It prove the curative effect of the treatment group and control group. Conclusion:Scalp acupuncture combined with aphasia(uygur) training system treating for the uygur patients.fMRI can effectively evaluate the uygur aphasia after stroke exercise-induced language and its restructuring the activation of functional areas. Scalp acupuncture combined with aphasia(uygur) training system treating can be used to improve the uygur aphasia after stroke of nerve function defect and the function of language;it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
