ObjectiveTo discuss the influence of integrative rehabilitation therapy on the recovery of lower limb function of patients with cerebral infarction for finding a more effective method to improve lower limb function after cerebral infarction.Methods42 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups. There were 22patients in one group and there were 20 patients in other group. All patients were treated by routine therapy in neuropathic department such as reducing pressure in brain, anti-infecting, keeping the balance of electrolyte and water, improving circulation of brain and so on, while all patients received the cluster needling of scalp acupuncture.Results1. there is a significant improvement of the deficiency of neural function of lower limb, the motor function of lower limb by cluster needling of scalp acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy with different length of treatment.2.there is a significant improvement of the deficiency of neural function of lower limb after cerebral infarction, the motor function of lower limb by effect of each other between cluster needling of scalp acupuncture and functional electrical stimulation; between cluster needling of scalp acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy; between rehabilitation therapy and functional electrical stimulation.3. there is a significant improvement fter cerebral infarction by effect of each other between cluster needling of scalp acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy; between rehabilitation therapy and functional electrical stimulation.
