Objective: To illustrate each of aphasia pathological language characteristics, providethe theory basis for diagnosis and the pertinence recovery plan and promote the languagerehabilitation of aphasia patients; To study the relationship between Uighur aphasia withthe lesion location and provide basis positioning diagnosis for doctors. Methods: The44cases were selected on standard and aphasia were assessed with Translated AphasiaExamination. Then all of the patients with aphasia after admission to an examination needto do MRI. According to the characteristics of the lesions, so as to analysize each aphasiaand brain-wasting parts of the relationship. Results: In44patients with cerebral apoplexy, the left hemisphere damage is41cases, right hemisphere damage in3patients.Brocaaphasia of23cases is about52.27%;10cases of global aphasia account for22.73%;3cases of anomic aphasia is6.82%;3cases of basel ganglion aphasia is6.82%; Thetranscortical moter aphasia in2cases is about4.55%;Wernicke aphasia in2cases is about4.55%;Mixed aphasia in1is2.27%.There are26cases in the classical language centers,about59.09%.Patients with BA and TCMA manifest tonic and phonemic disturbances, disturbances in understanding of functional words and passive sentences. The patients withWA manifest key words disturbances, and disturbances in understanding of active andpassive sentences. The patients of AA have serious named barrier; The languages functionof GA are badly damaged; The basal ganglia aphasia effort to speak slowly, and the lack ofcoherence between word and word; Each aphasia all has different degrees ofdysgraphia.Global aphasia lesions are broad scope, mainly relating to the left hemispheremost area, but relatively concentrated area for lesions frontal parietal lobe deep white matter.Broca aphasia lesions in the left frontal scope mainly concentrated in the next, andextended to the central back by nerve fibers of the deep focus areas. The focus of the basalganglia aphasia is mainly in the left midpoint of basal ganglia, near the thalamus.Wernickeaphasia lesions located mainly in the left temporal lobe. Conclusion:1.Each Uighuraphasia has the different character.2.The main pathological changes of uygur aphasia isstill in the left hemisphere, tip the left hemisphere is still the language centre, the lesionsite and classical language central most consistent.3.Different types of brain damage partof aphasia obtained relatively concentrated in different areas.Different pathologicalchanges of the same type can lead to aphasia, and the same lesion site can lead to differenttypes of aphasia.
