| Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of Scalp Electro-acupuncture combined with aphasia(uygur) training system treating the uygur patients with aphasia after stroke. Methods: 60 uygur patients with aphasia after stroke were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 30 cases, the experimental group was A(Scalp Electro-acupuncture combined with aphasia(uygur) training system treating), the controlled groups were B, aphasia(uygur) training system treating. All eligible patients were evaluated before and after training 4 weeks, using the daily life communication skills and the Uyghur version of aphasia battery scores.Results:(1)In the aspect of the daily life communication skills(CADL), there has no statistical difference(P>0.05) between two groups before treatment; there has statistical difference(P<0.01) between two groups after treatment; there has statistical difference(P<0.01) in the difference scores between two groups; it was proved that Scalp electro-acupuncture combined with aphasia(uygur) training system treating for the uygur patients with aphasia in improving the daily life communication ability was better than the aphasia(Uyghur) training system group.(2) In the aspect of the Uyghur version of aphasia battery scores, comparing four language features of verbal expression, retelling, naming and understanding, including the amount of information, fluency, repeating, word naming, color naming, reaction naming, auditory discrimination, verbal instruction, there has no statistical difference(P>0.05) between two groups before treatment; there has statistical difference(P<0.01) between two groups after treatment; there has statistical difference(P<0.01) in the difference scores between two groups; it was proved that Scalp electro-acupuncture combined with aphasia(uygur) training system treating for the uygur patients with aphasia in improving the function of language was better than the aphasia(Uyghur) training system group. Conclusion: Scalp electro-acupuncture combined with aphasia(uygur) training systemtreating for the uygur patients with aphasia can be used to improve the Uighur aphasia patients’ daily life communication skills and the function of language; it is worthy of clinical popularization and application. |
