Observe The Therapeutic Effect Of Combined Treatment Of Qi And Qi Decoction Combined With Acupuncture On The Treatment Of Constipation After Stroke

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of combined treatment of Qi and Qi Decoction Combined with acupuncture on the treatment of constipation after stroke and compare the efficacy of acupuncture and simple western medicine in treating constipation after stroke.Methods from December 2014 to January 2014,150 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients with cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into combined treatment group, acupuncture group and Western medicine group.50 cases were treated with combined therapy. The treatment effect of three groups were compared with the treatment effect of treatment group. The treatment effect of three groups were compared.Results (1) there were no significant differences in gender, age, disease type, duration of illness and hospitalization time between the three groups, and there was no statistical significance (P> 0.05). (2) symptom classification comparison:before treatment, three groups of patients in the treatment of symptoms of constipation no obvious differences, not statistically significant (P>0.05), with comparable. After treatment, 47 patients in the combined treatment group,36 cases in grade II,5 cases in grade IV,25 cases in the acupuncture group,31 cases in grade II,21 cases in grade 23, grade 29, grade 31, grade 18, grade 22, and grade 0.05. (3) 23 cases were cured,51 cases were effective,17 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 91%; 11 cases were cured,36 cases were effective,24 cases were effective,14 cases were effective,40 cases were effective,15 cases were effective,85% cases were ineffective, the treatment effect of combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in acupuncture group and Western medicine group, P< 0.05.Conclusion in the clinical treatment of patients with constipation after stroke, we carry out the combination of liquid and gas treatment, can improve the clinical symptoms, the treatment effect is better than simple acupuncture treatment and Western medicine treatment, can be used as the first choice for treatment of constipation in patients with stroke clinical application.
